[Waking up in a pod wasn't something unfamiliar to Gale. He was generally placed in one when parts of his body needed repairs, and hell, he woke up one day in a tank of clear fluid when he thought he was supposed to be dead. So really, things like this don't come as a surprise anymore. Of course, this was a surprise and a half, and when he was out of the Bay after gathering the intel there, he was quick to make use of the device he was given. When the video comes on, it shows a brown haired man in a purple pilot suit with four red and blue cables hanging out of the back of his neck, while the upper half of his face obscured by a mask reminiscent of a butterfly. Even with half of his face covered, it was easy to tell that he was furious.]

This is your new trick, huh? Putting me to sleep, dropping me off in the middle of some weird ass city and giving me some made up travel brochure all about it?

Well, listen up Cardinal bastards - especially you, feather brain. I don't have time for your little games. I don't care how well this place is constructed or how many people you have playing along with this, and I sure as hell don't care if you kidnapped some prissy little rich girl for that hologram to make this all seem genuine. I'm not falling for it, and if you're smart, you'd better be quick to end this charade.

But I warn you, if I find out that if you caused harm to Lala at any point during this trick of yours... I will find you, and I will kill you. Have I made myself clear, Vermilion Bird?

[Even though he can view every other residents' messages, he's convinced himself that this is all an elaborate hoax, and he is not taking his arrival well in the slightest. He knew full well of what influence the Dulvik Organization had and what they were capable of, so this was something well within their power as far as he knew. While deep down, he had quite a bit of concern for the people that he could see, he was too preoccupied with his own anger to even consider being rational about it.

After his little video message, he can still be found around the center of Genessia City, sticking out quite a bit thanks to that flight suit and the four long cables hanging out of his neck. He was looking at the various trinkets he woke up with, particularly glaring at the videophone, all while scanning the area around him. While he may not appear to be hostile, it doesn't take a genius to tell that he was on the defensive. He wanted answers, and he looked ready to resort to violence if that's what it took to get them.]

[Every once in a while, Azalea will leave Fayren and check out Genessia City and the bay for newcomers that she can possibly help. The person in the purple suit does stand out quite a bit, piquing the little dragon's curiosity. Hoping to get a closer look, she flies past him from behind, landing a good distance in front of him, hopefully out of reach of any immediate attacks.]

[Unsure of how to greet him, she just watches him carefully, tilting her head innocently.]

[Gale was looking over the necklace in his hand when he noticed the little dragon fly past him. It caught him off guard, watching her land in front of him while he took a step back. He hesitated before leaning slightly forward, trying to get a better look at her. Was that a dragon?]

Wait, what the hell?

[Azalea stays on alert, continuing to watch him and gauge his reaction. She's hoping that he's not naturally hostile towards dragons as a lot of other species were back home.]

Please don't be alarmed. I'm just a dragon, but I won't hurt you.

And it talks? You gotta be kidding me.

[Then again, what little he knew about dragons from the old world, they were intelligent and revered creatures. He scratched the side of his head before kneeling down, keeping his own distance from her too. Y'know, just in case.]

Here I thought you things were extinct. Unless the records about Epyon being the last were lying.

Extinct? Well, I'm not from...Epyon. I'm from Sornieth, where an entire population of dragons lives. We don't have...humans there. You are human, are you not?

[Several species had a human-like appearance, but were actually something else, as she had learned.]

[Since getting back he had been wondering what had been going on and it seems not much has changed in terms of people being brought here. Never the less people assuming it was someone they know is still baffling to say the least.]

While someone has probably kidnapped you... It might not be anyone you actually know who caused it. Otherwise you would have been the only one kidnapped and not a tonne of other people who don't know the names you mentioned. [A pause.] That's a guess on my part, but it seemed logical.

[He scoffed, and judging by the way he moved his head, he probably rolled his eyes under that mask.]

Clearly you don't know the people I know, kid. I'm talkin' fallen deities here, ones that hide behind an Organization where not many people know their names or their existence. I wouldn't doubt that something like this is well within their abilities.

But please, enlighten me. If it wasn't those ancient pieces of dust, what was it then?

This might seem stupid, but no one actually knows. Doesn't mean there are not people who are trying to find the answers, but I am not one of them.

Though I guess the bits and pieces that have happened here so far might lead toeards an actual answer.

Real helpful. What are these 'bits and pieces' you're talking about then? Things don't just happen for no reason.

Considering how little anyone might know, nothing is really going to be helpful in that area.

I guess they are just things that happens, like fights, which seem normal and creatures that come from another world among other things.

[Yukiko had just returned from being away for a week when she decided to start doing more when it came to new arrivals, or at least ry when she wasn't so busy. Today happened to be one of those days when she had a tiny amount of free time. So off to the Bay she went, however she came across someone else instead.

She could tell that he seemed quite defensive to say the least and she figured she might as well keep an eye so that no one gets hurt. It was in a sense part of her job after all.]

[Keeping an eye on him was probably a smart move, really, though he'll hopefully be able to control himself... hopefully. He looked towards her when she spoke up and frowned a little before slowly shaking his head.]

Taking kids must be their new hobby, huh? What do you need, kid?

I'm not a kid for one. [Considering she was nearly eighteen and thus an adult she couldn't help but feel a little insulted.]

I assume you must be new considering the attitude.

You look like one. [Not that her appearance even matters. He'll call people his own age 'kid'.]

I assume you're right, but I'm tellin' you now that I'm havin' a hard time wrapping my head around this 'different world' excuse.

And that I can understand, but still not an excuse for an attitude. I mean no one knew of other worlds outside of our own after all. I never did.

I made that hologram and this "prissy little rich girl" owns and runs the company in charge of helping people like you get adjusted to a situation that could be far more uncomfortable without us. Though I very much have the right to refuse service to those who can't tell the difference between a little rich girl and Weiss Schnee, heiress to Schnee Dust Company in Remnant across all kingdoms, owner of Schnee Company in Genessia and Nova City, founder of one of the only organization that's made much leeway in getting us out of here, and a huntress who trained at one of the top academies in the world and has already helped put away murderers, political extremists, and killed hundreds of Grimm. But really, insulting me because I make a point to help people is exactly what you want to waste your energy doing when you seem to believe you've got any sense of control after being kidnapped.

[ Weiss may have gotten better at customer service, but she's certainly got enough pride that she has no issue with getting her snide remarks on. ]

[He probably raised an eyebrow under that mask of his, before he managed to crack a smirk. He even managed a quiet chuckle.]

Well, clearly I've been put in my place, huh princess? This all gonna be on the test later?

[He had half a mind to make a pun out of her name, but he'll save it for some other time. Instead, well... at least he seems less likely to cause injury to something now. Way to go, Weiss.]

So, are you tellin' me that you're essentially the one in charge of this place since no one else will bother?

As if it's the first time I've heard that one. [ Princess was one of the first things her partner called her. Many others have settled on Ice Queen. And the implication that she was a know-it-all had resulted in her calling Ruby a pest on more than one occasion. ]

Of course not. The City Guardians are considered to be the leaders of each of the five cities. I am in charge of a company that makes it its business to be a central hub of information here that will be opening its third branch by the new year.

Sorry duchess, I guess you've just got that air about you. You sure look and act the part. [If he's given the time, he can cycle through just about every royal title in the book, but he might settle for giving her respect at some point though. Might.]

Well, I guess congratulations are due for you. If your information hub is as good as you make it sound, can I assume your little hologram is at least up to date? 'Cuz I didn't hear anything about who's responsible for this, and I'd just love to meet them.

[ She rolls her eyes at that. ] Of course it is, and the fact that you think you'd be the first in line if we knew is laughable. [ And yet she's decidedly not laughing. ]

I'm not exactly a nice guy when I'm getting jerked around by a group of 'holier than thou' ancient beings.

[He probably would have had more colorful things to say about the Cardinals, but he at least decided to watch his language this time. Y'know. For the kids.]

Frankly, I think I'd be more accepting of being told I'm in a coma instead of all these 'other world' explanations. Seems to make more sense at this point.

[He seemed a little hesitant. If a place was under Cardinal control, there's no way there'd be someone with a smile like that.]

This isn't strange? Just who or what are you then?

[Okay, the 'what' question came out a little wrong, but given where he came from and what he puts up with, he'd at least accept the possibility of there being another deity somewhere.]

[She doesn't know how else to describe herself. As far as she knows she's a normal girl, the princess of Clow country who's traveling through worlds to find her feathers which hold her lost memories.]
