12 ❄ Video

[When the feed switches on it shows a table and on that table were a few ingredients. The noise in the background sounded like something was cooking, or at least boiling anyway. After a moment or two he speaks up happily.]

Syaoran-kun~ Please do not go near the table as mixing two wrong ingredients could cause this apartment to explode. We do not need that now do we?

[Soon he grabbed the device and picked it up soon showing the young blonde man, a smile on his face, he noticed Growlithe had managed to turn the device on somehow.]

Sorry about that everyone. I'm sure that some might be wondering what is on my table? It's simple I'm working on some potions, so if anyone has a potion they might want you can tell me.

[He paused for a brief moment.]

Ah, I was asked about a protection spell. I will say I've been working on it and I should be able to do it today if they would like. [He soon places a finger on his chin.]

I think that's it except I'm giving Sakura-chan archery lessons if anyone wants to join us. I'll be starting them today, so... let me know if you'll be joining us.

[Will knew rather a lot about magic. He knew the words that controlled the elements, and spells of enchantments and power. He had walked the path hidden behind the stars and called them each by name. He knew the skills of riding the wind and the power that lay within the virtues of plant and wood.

He had never seen a potion being made before. And seeing that, he couldn't help but watch with curiosity.]

Pardon? I was wondering if you could explain something. What is a potion? I've never heard of real ones before.

Well, basically you know what cooking is right? If you do that is how a potion is made and a potion is usually something that well... can help is some ways, like healing potions are always useful. There are some that can cause harm as well. They have very similar used like magic would.

Does that help?

A bit, I suppose. But how does the magic get into it?

I have no idea.

[Its hard to tell if he is actually kidding or not.]

Fai?

[Sakura walks in just after the video.]

Are you ready to go?

[She has a few arrows in hand but she isn't sure where the rest are or the bow. She feels a little silly since Fai has offered to teach her.]

[He looked over slightly, a small smile upon his face.]

Just about. Let me pack this stuff away first because we don't want the pokemon to get there hands on it do we?

[Sakura nods before finally finding the bow and the rest of the arrows that Fai had gotten for her to practice.]

Should we put them in their balls?

[She doesn't like doing that but they might cause trouble otherwise.]

I think they should be fine if I just put the potion ingredients away.

[He trusted them to not get into too much mischief. As he started to pick up the ingredients and placing them in a safety box. Once he was done he went and put them in a safe before turning to fetch his own bow and arrow.]

Let's go.

[Sakura nods and then follows Fai from the house. Pikachu follows her but she doesn't make a move to stop him. She likes the little pokemon and he's good at staying by her side when they are out.]

Where are we going?

[She has a quiver over her shoulder and a bow in her hand.]

[Fai paused for a moment, something seemed off and soon he realized one of the pokemon hadn't come to say hello. So turning his head he soon found Beartic close by arms open as he soon found himself flattened by the giant ice bear. Why he decided to keep the guy was anyone guess and all Wigglytuff, Skitty!Sakura and Syaoran could do was simply watch.]

Sakura-chan... Fetch the treats.

[He was not going to get off any time soon.]

[Sakura giggles before running to fetch the box of treats. They all seem excited to get one of the delicious morsels but she insteads hands them to Fai so that he can pass them out.

Otherwise she'd give them to many.]

Here you go.

[Fai got out the treat which caused the bear to look up and watch as Fai threw the treat and before any of the others could chase it he flicked one at the others. He waited until Beartic got off before finally getting up.]

Thank you Sakura-chan. I forget I need to keep treats on me sometimes.

[He takes some out and puts them in a little pouch which he will keep on him for when they return. Now he was free to quickly grabbed the keys and the bow and arrows once more.]

Let's go and I'll show you where we will practice.

[She smiles as he stands and then follows Fai quickly from the house with all the pokemon distracted. She likes having them around but it does make some things difficult. Her boots lightly tap against the outside streets as she looks up at Fai.]

Why don't you ask him to stop falling on you?

[She realizes it's his way to hug but it seems troublesome, then again it might be how small their home is compared to the number of pokemon they have. As it is Sakura often keeps Rex in his pokeball unless she's somewhere with a wide open field.]

He doesn't fall on me. He tries to latch onto my arm and of course puts more weight into it than he should. He still hasn't figured out he's much bigger than he was when we met. He still thinks the's that bear who met me by clinging to my arm.

[It was why he captured him because he just wouldn't let go.]

I've tried to teach him that he shouldn't, but he still does.

[Sakura tries to think of a solution though nothing comes to mind. She looks up at Fai with a warm smile.]

He really likes you.

[She steps beside him letting her gaze drift as they walked.]

Where are we headed?

Well...We'll have to go to Fayren as there is a place there that's open and quiet that we can use.

[As far as he was aware anyway, he really hoped they don't have another incident like the whole feather one again.]

[Sakura nods and then follows close behind like a baby duck. The feather incident isn’t ever far from her thoughts though she’s currently trying to think of all the parts of a bow and how she might use it.

When they get close to the archway she pauses for a second and then quickly catches up to Fai.]

It is close to the archway?

[She’s totally not nervous.]

No we have some walking to do once we get through.

[He was pretty sire of that as he made sure he had the necklace on fire before heading through. Once he stepped through all he needed to do wait wait for the other before carrying on.]

[Sakura follows behind much like a baby duckling. She's a little nervous but she doesn't let it show on her features as she glances around Fayren.

It's exactly as it was before.]

Will we need to buy more arrows?

Since we don't have any magic or abilities to magically refresh them, we do. But with what we have right now we can just get them back when we're done anyway.

[Since they are only doing target practice on things that are close by. He soon spots the place he had been mentioning.]

See what I mean? It's open enough and quiet enough.

[Sakura nods smiling at the clear field around them before turning back to Fai.]

What's first?

[She has her bow in one hand and an arrow in the other. She moves as she's seen others do and it's not completely wrong.]

[Fai had moved and had gone to fetch something and placed it in place before moving back.]

You need to be able to hit a target square on, so the first thing we will practice is hitting this target. it's big enough to hit, but due to your skill I will assume you won't hit to square on.

[He was going to watch how she thought it was done before he made any pointers.]

[Sakura nods and then steps with her feet spaced apart. Her eyes lock on the target and she steadies the bow in her left hand. Her right have takes the arrow stringing it back. Her grip wavers slightly and her elbow shakes as she pulls the string taut.]

[he moved in close making sure that she was more steady before moving to step back.]

Try that. it should be okay. Not perfect, but okay.

[Sakura nods and then steadies her arms. She keeps her eyes on the target and then lets her arrow fly.

There is a moment of hesitation but she manages to sink the arrow just at the very rim of the target.]

It's hard to aim...

Aiming is never the easiest thing to do, why do you think archers have to practice so much Holding a bow and firing are simply the easy part, but there is much more when it comes to aiming.

[He had gone to grab an arrow for his bow as he aimed and fired hitting the target dead on.]

You might not be able to hit like that for a while, but I'll be trying to get you as close to it as possible.

[Sakura nods and then readies herself again. The arrow is perched on the bow and then soars through the air striking the target.]

What if the targets moving?

Makes it much harder simply put, you need to be more skilled before we can try you with moving targets.

[He knew it took him a good while to be able to do it.]

We're use a couple more arrows and we'll see what happens then.

[Sakura nods and then focuses once more on the target. She tries to keep all other distractions away, noting the wind change and then steadying her arms so that the arrow won't shake.

She releases again this one moving closer to the targets center.]

[Fai clapped lightly as the aim was better, usually it takes a while to get that better. At least for him it took a few days to a week for a none moving target.]

Much better.

[Sakura smiles as she looks up at Fai before aiming again. She'll keep practicing now that she knows how.]

[Fai knows she will keep it up for as long as possible, but he knew limits and he'd let her until he knew she was close to hers.]

Okay, I think that is enough for today.

[Sakura lowers her arms and nods. She's feeling tired and she knows the moment that they get home she's probably going to fall asleep. She's used to doing a lot but never working this hard.]

You're welcome. Now let's get you home.

[He went to gather the arrows and made sure everything was in the right place before gesturing her toward walking again.]

[Sakura falls in step behind him, her fingers covering up a very big yawn. It isn't a long way back, at least it felt shorter to Sakura even though she was getting tired.]

Do you think I can learn magic?

That's a sudden question out of the blue? Why do you ask?

[He wanted to know why before he could truly answer and before they got home.]

[Sakura looks back at their path before continuing.]

I can learn to attack but I wanted to know if I could learn to make shields too or heal...

[Then maybe he can protect Fai too.]

Defensive magic is simple I cannot however say how easy or hard healing magic is because I can't learn it myself.

[He knew they were close to the archway, he could see it from here.]

I'm sure you can find someone fr that though.

[Sakura nods taking his words as both permission and confirmation that she'd be able to learn. She'll ask others if they can teach her and hopefully she'll become strong enough to help.]

I'll do that then!

[She's excited, maybe a little nervous but she isn't going to stop until she's stronger.]</small

[He soon stopped just short of the archway.]

I'll let you go home by yourself, I have a few things I need to grab anyway.

[Sakura nods and without another word slips through the Archway. The fact that he trusts her not to pass out on the way home makes her smile and she wants to dash away before he changes his mind.

She wants to prove herself.]
