[Ken has been here for a little while, has gone through the documents, tried to make sense of things - but honestly, there was only thing he was really worried about.

Or rather, someone. Someone that he knew was with him shortly before he woke up here.]

Wormmon? Wormmon, where are you?

[Because he knows that the Digimon was an over protective little digital insect and wouldn't leave him alone unless something happened.

But Ken couldn't remember what that something would be. He sighs before he suddenly remembers the device in his hands and looks down at it, slightly startled to see that it's apparently recording?

Huh.

Well. He might as well take advantage of it, right?]

Ah, excuse me. My name is Ken Ichijouji and I'm looking for a little green worm called Wormmon. I don't suppose someone has seen him?

[Sakura frowns at the screen and then feels a pull at her heart.]

I'm sorry I haven't seen him. I can keep an eye out.

[She pauses feeling a little awkward.]

There is a chance he might not be here. Some of my friends aren't too.

[Hikari had no idea who this guy was really, however he heard mon at the end of a name, which must mean digimon, right? Right?]

I'm sorry to say if you're looking for a digimon companion, I find they don't arrive with you. As much as I wish that was the case.

Thank you. I don't doubt that if he is here, it will be long until he shows up. Wormmon's a bit over protective like that.

[Which, when you considered it was KEN, was perfectly understandable.]

I thought that as well, but I didn't think it would hurt to ask.

[And this girl looked very very familiar to him.]

[Her sad expression quickly switches to a warm honest smile.]

If I see him I'll let you know! Or let me know I saw you.

[Or both.]

If he's asking for Ken-chan, then you know you've found the right worm.

Did you just wake up here? I haven't seen you before.

[Takato could only stare in confusion.]

You know, you're the third person I've met here who knew about digimon. But I've never heard of any of you before.

I did, yes. I just woke up here a little while ago. I've read some of the pamphlets, but I was more concerned about checking on Wormmon then anything else.

Well, there's several international Chosen Children that I've met recently, so there are others out there.

There's more of us here?

[Besides that girl that he was talking to earlier who is so dang familiar to him.]

[She smiles brightly.]

....Just how many chosen children are there?

And what is a chosen child? I've never heard any of us called that before I came here.

Ah, yeah. I've talked to Hikari and Mimi so far.

I... don't know? I didn't even really know about the international ones until recently.

[This is what happens when you spend your time as a Chosen running around with Ryo, then become evil and then become a shut-in and only recently start to come out of your shell.]

It's the term I've heard used to describe those of us who were chosen by the Digital World to receive Digimon partners and help save and protect the Digital World.

[Not that Ken's been doing a swell job of that...]

...Hikari-san and Mimi-san are here?

[So wait... that girl he had been talking to that had been so familiar to him, was Yagami Hikari?!]

I will, thank you, um...

[And here Ken pauses awkwardly, realizing that he never caught her name.]

[Takato sighs.]

I am so confused. I thought there were only ten of us, and that there wasn't any chance of there being any more. Not unless the digital world opens again.

But... it doesn't seem like it's like that at all here.

Chosen? Does that mean you've met the digignomes?

Mmm, I talked to both of them.

[Sakura is silent for a minute longer before the awkward pause hits. She looks frantic, her cheeks flushing red while her fingers cover her lips.]

Oh! I'm Sakura!

[She nodded slightly.]

I do, though probably for not as long as my brother though. He was with his digimon longer than I was with mine.

[And THAT gets a small smile out of him.]

It's nice to meet you, Sakura-san.

Your brother?

[Ken's head is started to whirl, confused.]

Ah, this might sound strange, but... I can't help but feel as if I should recognize you.

As far as I knew, before I was made aware of the ones outside of Japan, there were twelve of us.

[Ken looks thoughtful.]

The Digital World is rather strange, even at the best of times, but...

[He lets his voice trail off, as he contemplates.]

The Digignomes? I haven't heard that term before.

[He pauses, then relaxes slightly. Two names he recognizes at least.]

I see. So that's four of us that have Digimon partners then?

Eh? You haven't? You didn't see them when you were in the digital world?

[Takato frowns.]

That's really strange. When we were there, it seemed like they really liked coming out to meet everyone.

[Takato slumps.]

I guess. But I still haven't seen any digimon here.

No, I didn't.

[But then again, not many Digimon were happy to see Ken if he was being honest.]

I don't think they're here. Wormmon would have found me already if he was.

I guess I wasn't really expecting to find Guilmon here. But I tried to hope, I think.

As did I. We'll just have to wait for them to join us.

[Which is certainly what Ken is hoping for. Because Wormmon.]

[Her smile widens while her cheeks flush slightly. She either forgets to introduce herself or does so twice. She hasn't found a good balance yet.]

[Sakura's words are cut off and she drops her phone. There is a frantic sound and the sight of feet on the phone before she picks it up again.]

I'm sorry. Pikachu was trying to get the phone.
