[Ken has been here for a little while, has gone through the documents, tried to make sense of things - but honestly, there was only thing he was really worried about.

Or rather, someone. Someone that he knew was with him shortly before he woke up here.]

Wormmon? Wormmon, where are you?

[Because he knows that the Digimon was an over protective little digital insect and wouldn't leave him alone unless something happened.

But Ken couldn't remember what that something would be. He sighs before he suddenly remembers the device in his hands and looks down at it, slightly startled to see that it's apparently recording?

Huh.

Well. He might as well take advantage of it, right?]

Ah, excuse me. My name is Ken Ichijouji and I'm looking for a little green worm called Wormmon. I don't suppose someone has seen him?

I'm sorry I haven't seen him. I can keep an eye out.

[She pauses feeling a little awkward.]

There is a chance he might not be here. Some of my friends aren't too.

I did, yes. I just woke up here a little while ago. I've read some of the pamphlets, but I was more concerned about checking on Wormmon then anything else.

I'm sorry to say if you're looking for a digimon companion, I find they don't arrive with you. As much as I wish that was the case.

I do, though probably for not as long as my brother though. He was with his digimon longer than I was with mine.

[Ken's head is started to whirl, confused.]

Ah, this might sound strange, but... I can't help but feel as if I should recognize you.

[She nodded slightly before pausing. He felt like he recognized her, but yet she couldn't say the same. She had to wonder why.]

Well... I can't really say why unless you saw what happened for me a year ago now. There were a lot of Digimon around then. It was on the news sometimes.

What happened a year ago?

[ Because for Ken, that was at least two years ago. Although, thankfully, he wasn't in Odaiba at the time, he did hear about it, vaguely. He himself hadn't received his partner until a little later, after he and Ryo witnessed the fight with Diablomon. Not that he remembers any of this, of course. ]

Well, there's several international Chosen Children that I've met recently, so there are others out there.

I... don't know? I didn't even really know about the international ones until recently.

[This is what happens when you spend your time as a Chosen running around with Ryo, then become evil and then become a shut-in and only recently start to come out of your shell.]

It's the term I've heard used to describe those of us who were chosen by the Digital World to receive Digimon partners and help save and protect the Digital World.

I am so confused. I thought there were only ten of us, and that there wasn't any chance of there being any more. Not unless the digital world opens again.

But... it doesn't seem like it's like that at all here.

As far as I knew, before I was made aware of the ones outside of Japan, there were twelve of us.

[Ken looks thoughtful.]

The Digital World is rather strange, even at the best of times, but...

[He lets his voice trail off, as he contemplates.]

The Digignomes? I haven't heard that term before.

[He pauses, then relaxes slightly. Two names he recognizes at least.]

I see. So that's four of us that have Digimon partners then?

Wormmon...? Is he a pokemon? [And at the mention of "Pokemon", Sparke is going to poke his head in on the comm. view.]

No, he's actually a Digimon. From what I've seen of the pokemon though, he might be sort of similar.

Oh, I see. [Grabbing Sparke to show him her Pikachu.] This is a Pikachu. His name is Sparke.

Ah, that's the second Pikachu I've seen so far. Is that one popular?

I'm not sure. I guess I didn't pay attention to who got what kind of pokemon, but he's been with me for a while now. It's possible Pikachu was popular here.
