[ Now that Hikaru's gotten used to being here in Genessia, she's been thinking about how she can help out like she normally did back home. And so, the camera's focused on the device in her hand before moving it up to her face. ]

Hello again, everyone.

What I have in my hand is one of the many advances that's been made back home for me thanks to advances in medical technology. This is called is a Re-Mender and it's used to patch up wounds rather quickly by just pressing the button here to release the medicine inside of it, which speeds up the healing process tenfold. At the end, it's as if the injury never happened. In the case of major wounds, I have a stronger spray that works in the same way. It'll just take longer for the wounds to heal up.

[ A pause and she smiles a bit. ]

I don't know if there has been any kind of medicine like this before in Genessia, and if there is, that's fantastic! If not, I don't mind these being mass distributed if there's someone who can produce the medicine. The device is optional, of course. I just want to help out however possible and this is one of the ways I thought how.

Ah... I'm trying to open an emergency clinic soon, and if you can get these mass produced somehow, it would definitely help. Especially with volunteers who don't necessarily have a lot of medical skills. I don't mind paying for it if that's the case.

[It might take a while but it would be worth it.]

[ There's a light giggle at first along with a bright smile joining it. ]

Don't worry, it's okay. And, actually, that's my goal to get these mass produced since back home, they're all over the place. However, I wouldn't ask you to pay for it since it'd feel wrong to me since you're going to be using them for your clinic.

If I do get someone to make them en masse, I'll be more than happy to drop off some boxes to your clinic to help you get started.

That's certainly an interesting item you have and a very useful one at that.

[She would have no idea how to mass produce it though, but she was glad people were doing there own thing to help out around here.]

Must be more advanced that what we had. Although a lot of healing was done by magic and if that wasn't the case then it took a while.

[So it was interesting to see how others handled such things.]

Back home, there are people who have the capability of using healing magic. However, for those who don't have the aptitude for it, we have these to heal people's wounds in combat or when they're at a clinic or hospital.

[ A pause. ]

Do you have a lot of people who are capable of healing back home?

Yes, however I still recall a saying that's always mentioned by someone I knew.

'Magic always comes with a price.' Since I don't personally do magic and there is some magic I am not overly... comfortable with I don't pay it much mind.

[ Ah, Hikaru knew that quite well. Normally, the cost for her magic was her own energy, but sometimes it required more. ]

Mm... It's definitely not something to be trifled with, that's for sure.

Yes. Magic itself is not meant to be abused at least.

[She paused for a moment.]

So it's always good to have advances in things like what you have. Because then magic doesn't have to be used.

[Fai couldn't help but smile slightly. He was having a good day and he felt like he could actually ask people about where they are from and learn from it.]

[ Talking about her home always puts Hikaru in a good mood since she has a lot of pride for everything the PIPE and humanity overall has been able to accomplish. ]

It is. I could tell you quite a lot about all of the different improvements and such that my world has.

And I would be interesting in knowing. I have a interest in other worlds after all.

[It helped that he travelled to so many and had seen what they were like to have such an interest.]

If possible, I'd like to see how it works. I don't have any medical experience, but I do have an engineer's education. Also, what kind of substance does it use?

I believe it's an algae-based polymer that helps the body produce fibrin to speed up the healing process that much more.
