Quick question, nothing important but if you had literally every inch of you covered with a sticky smelly ass slime, where would be a good place to get it off?

It was a perfectly normal day in main city of Genessia. The air was crisp but not yet frigid, festivities were winding down leaving a sort of merry afterglow to the people, nearly every damn thing was on sale...with everything covered in snow, it was a picture perfect winter day. Nothing could possibly ruin it.

You know, except for that icky looking humanoid blob running past. You know, it almost looks like a person with big dragon wings if they weren't covered in thick goopy slime. You can even see her face as she blindly runs down the street, perhaps into you, and she's totally disgusted. Maybe she could use help? Or a talking to if she ran you over...

[The time spent seperate from the bath would have been spent well as Adeline seemed to finally be done with removing the sludge. Standing up to clean off the last bit from her wings, Adeline jolts with surprise when Porrim returns.]

Cor! Nearly made me jump outta my skin Porr! Ha ha ha.

[She slides back into the water, thankfully mostly clean after some 'mysterious arcane cleaning process', looking actually quite pleased at the choice]

Ohh, that sake stuff's pretty good. Koi's got me introduced to that, its pretty damn gooood.

[ She pulls out the bottle that Adeline had indicated and opened it up, grabbing a glass from the basket. ]

It looks like you're feeling better.

Yuuuuup. [She pops the 'p' at the end while also getting her own stuff for the drinking] Basher's so nice she went and got me a jug that don't run outta the stuff. Strong stuff too.

[She laughs good naturedly] Was it the lack of slime or the me bein' outta the water that made ya say that, Porr?

Well that sounds like a recipe for disaster. The fun kid of disaster.

[ She laughs. ]

No, the latter is the reason for my good mood.

Oni sake's got an inhuman kick ta it. Literal like too.

Ya aint so bad yerself, Porr. Defs loads better than the vamps back home So, ya gonna pour me some or what?

[She holds out her cup as she lounges luxuriously in the warm cleansing water, holding out a sake dish.]

So it will grow feet and proceed to batter me? Perhaps I should abstain, then.

[ She pours out some for Adeline. ]

[She can't help it; just busts out into raucous laughter. It seems she has a strange sense of humor]

Y-yer choice! Pffft!

[ Porrim smiles, happy that her normally dry sense of humor could get a laugh. Most people just found it awkward. In spite of her words, she pours herself a dish as well, and lightly sips it. She winces from the strong flavor. ]

Oh my, I think I might have preferred the physical flogging.

Ehh, its an acquired taste. Y'see I like it because I can actually feel it; being all dragony gives me hella booze tolerance.

The rest just goes like water. Though I suppose there'sa point to th'whole 'flavorful drinks' thing ya got...

Does it mix well with other drinks maybe? Something to moderate the flavor?

[ She eyed the concoction wearily, unsure if she wanted to try a second sip. ]

Y'could always drink sommat else. I aint gonna force my preferences on ya.

Welp ya could quaff it or swing it down my way. I'll prolly drink it.

That sounds like a terrible idea, so give me a second to try it.

[ She took a deep breath, looking at the dish of oni sake, squared her shoulders, and the upended the dish, swallowing the thing in one gulp. Her whole body seized up and she shook about as the stuff flowed down her throat, burning the whole way. A flush immediately crept up her body, turning her neck and cheeks vivid green. ]

Aaaaah, yep, terrible idea...

[Adeline lets out a good natured laugh as she pours out a tamer fruit drink for Porr to wash the sake down]

An' now ya know better! Besides, terrible ideas 'r the most fun of 'em all!

They really are. A life without regret is a life not lived.

[ She gratefully accepts the fruity drink and downs the entire thing without a breath. ]
