[For the last few weeks Danny had done his best to stay out of the spotlight. He'd been busy, with his first job to get used to, figuring out how to live in an apartment by himself for the first time. (A large part of Danny wanted to gloat at his sister and teachers back home with the proof that he could so take care of himself.).

And then there was the way the ghosts here didn't seem to be very much like the ones back home. They weren't very conversational, and he hadn't run into one yet that had any plans to take over the world. He'd tried to mention the Ghost Zone to some of them, and none of them had even heard of it. He'd taken to patrolling Everglade for several hours every night just to try and figure out what he should be doing now. He still wasn't sure if he should try involving himself in non-ghost things. It had always ended badly back home.

Tonight he was just finishing up another patrol of Everglade. He floats down to nearly street level and looks around as he tries to decide whether or not he should give it up for the night.]

[Belle had managed to find a book she had been looking for for the past week and now that she had it she couldn't help but look through it while she was walking. She had managed to avoid a few obstacles and after flipping another page she stopped to look up slightly and realizing that she was pretty close to someone. Thankfully she didn't actually bump into them.

So closing the book she held it.]

Having a wonder around Everglade?

Yeah, something like that.

[He floats back far enough to give her some space. ]

How is this place for you right now?

[He was curious.]

Is it a city you like, or not?

I guess I didn't really think about it? A city's a city.

But each city has it's differences. Like what you can find for example.

[Marie was on her way back to her cathedral after falling short on her own searches. With little answers fir her questions, she would retire for the evening. Atleast, until she saw this boy that easily stood out from others she encountered so far.

With her two skeletal minions in tow, Marie approached him.]

"You there... Do you know anything about a 'Broken Dome' incident that supposedly once happened in this town?"

Nope, never heard of it.

[Danny eyes the skeletons nervously. ]

[Fai stretched slightly as he was making his way around, making sure that things were okay and so far so good at least. Not much trouble that wasn't Everglade simply being Everglade and so he was deciding on what he should do next. Go home or something else. With each step he thought about it before catching the other out of the corner of his eye.]

Hello there~

Um, are you talking to me?

[Danny shifts nervously as he floats. ]

I am. Unless I'm talking to an invisible person next to you.

[He leans over to the side slightly, giving a cheeky smile.]

Exploring Everglade for a reason?

[He shrugs.]

Habit, I guess.

Good kind of habit to have. Though is it okay for me to ask if you have seem anything defence wise that needs improvement in this city?
