I'm Yuna Yuki, member of the Sanshu Middle School hero Club!

[She pauses for a moment, but still looks more or less calm. She's definitely wants to get home and is worried about her friends, but...there's other people trapped here too.] I guess since I'm here and there's no way back home right now, I should probably find something to do.

Does anyone need help with anything? Rehoming kittens, cleaning up a park? As a member of the Hero Club, it's my duty to help people in need!

Well um, I'm actually kinda new myself so I don't have a good grip on what needs help, but you can probably start by taking a tour of the place!
