[Action for Everglade]

Sunset in Everglade as of late had been something as peaceful as sunsets anywhere. A fact that had annoyed Dracula for far too long, and tonight, he set out to change it. He emerged from the gate that connected Everglade and Castlevania alone. However, before long a massive Behemoth emerged from the ground beneath Dracula who stood atop the beast as if it were a routine thing. After the Behemoth, a multitude of various creatures of the night of all shapes, sizes, and myths emerged from the shadows. The Behemoth began making its way into the city, flanked on all sides by the ever growing army of the damned.

After some time, they began to branch off, marching down the streets in a very calculated route, with all roads leading to the Mayor's office. It was not long before the army had the office surrounded. Once it was, Dracula dismounted, making his way into the building with a look of grim determination on his face.

[OOC: As far as the army composition goes, if it can be found in Rondo of Blood and/or Symphony of the Night, it's a part of his army. The only notable exceptions being Death, Shaft, Medusa, and Medusa Heads.]

Please, they jump at the chance to crucify someone for a perceived wrong. Witches burnt at the stake when they are guilty of no actual crimes - including witchcraft, heretics being hunted down like dogs for simply speaking their beliefs, it is no different. The truth is whatever those in power feed to the masses, so long as a sacrificial lamb is presented, they'll believe anything.

And isn't that exactly what you are planning on doing? Talk seemingly bad about it, yet do it yourself it's just funny really.

But who am I to talk when I use to contradict myself often. Either way, it's true people get persuaded into something but if someone found out the truth and said, they wouldn't keep going for something they know isn't right.

Knowing your enemy is half of any battle, and humanity has seen fit to declare war on my very existence in my world. I have only survived as I have by knowing how they think and how to manipulate them.

By the time people start divulging the truth of the matter, they are often shunned as being paranoid at best, lunatics at worst. For quite some time, there were those that claimed there was no Vlad the second or first for that matter. That I had added those numbers after a gap of fifty or so years to hide my nature as a vampire. They were right, I was living largely away from the eyes of those under me, however until the battle began and I made my nature known, those claiming the truth were looked on as fools.

However that is your world and in others I can assume it would be the same, but however there are people in the world who would stop to think about it. Might not be everyone but for all one knew it would eventually turn into a ripple effect.

But this is just me trying to see the good for once in my life, rather than all the negatives.

That path is the road to ruin. The sooner you realize and accept that, the better off you will be.

My business here is done. Will you allow me to pass and return to my castle, or will I need to force my way?

Actually hiding behind things leads to rune. Being someone who suppresses the rights of people lead to ruin. But what I said doesn't always depending on the world.

But so long as the mayor isn't hurt, I will not do anything.

Perhaps all roads lead to ruin. Some are just shorter than others. To the point, however, I am not interested in suppressing the rights of others. Simply restoring balance.

You will find that the mayor is very much unharmed. Untouched even. I have simply offered him the means to reestablish this office as the seat of political power in the city. Nothing more, nothing less.

I always thought he had political power. At least in most aspects that aren't protection.
