[Wow, is it even possible for a skull to look tired? It must be, because here he is. It's been a long, long, long week for this guy but despite all that he still manages to comport himself with a reasonable amount of villainous presence.]
People of Genessia, I've allowed you pathetic fools to wallow in your hopelessness long enough. I'm prepared to offer a deal.
