WHAT: A party to celebrate the opening of the Fairy Tail Guild Hall, there will be shenanigans! And because of bad weather in the night, everyone gets to sleepover!

WHERE: Fairy Tail Guild Hall in Fayren.

Erza waited outside, umbrella in hand, eager to greet her guests. The clouds overhead were ready to burst but the weather appeared to be holding for the moment. It wasn't exactly the day Erza had been hoping for when she'd planned this get-together but she wasn't going to let it slow her down. Various finger foods and deserts, along with barrels of non-alcoholic beverages, had already been brought over from the town and set out for the guests. All of it was graciously paid for with the money they had earned from helping Wily with his election campaign.

A makeshift grill, originally erected for the now postponed pool party, had been set up in the back yard for a barbeque. To Erza it almost felt like they were welcoming another guild into their new home. Indeed Ruby and her friends had proven themselves to be good people in her eyes, so today was as much for Fairy Tail as it was to thank their new friends for helping them transition into this new world.

[There was one person who wasn't bothered by the fact that the grill had been canceled. That was because he was more than capable of grilling things with his own two hands. Literally. Natsu had set up his own little grilling station in one of the corners. They were hosts and he didn't want the ingredients to go to waste.]

One grilled Steak coming right up!

[He said before blasting the slab of meat with a stream of flames from one hand as he scrunched up his eyebrows concentrating on not completely charring the food.]

[ Natsu wasn't the only one cooking. Lucy had been doing some cooking herself to make sure they would have enough food for everyone. Walking out with a strawberry cake, she set it down on the table, glancing at Natsu with a grin. ]

Looks good, Natsu! [ Smells good too. Don't burn it! ]

[Well they certainly made quite the unlikely cooking duo. Him with his magic while Lucy took care of the more conventional dishes.]

Don't worry. I've got it all under control. How are things going on your end?

{Woah hello there stranger. You're lucky he was focused on cooking the steak and that its scent was all around. That kind of approach wouldn't have gotten past his sharp nose.]

[As a matter of fact one of his enemies had taught him something about fire use too.]

I'm guessing you came with everyone else from Ruby's world?

[Since that was the only name he actually knew from Lucy.]

[ Why is blind sword throwing a thing? Lucy wanted NO part of that thanks. Instead, she was helping mingle with the crowd, with Plue draped over her shoulder and looking around at all the people.

In her arms was a set of books - she'd promised to bring them out for Blake to read but thus far she hadn't seen the dark haired book lover. She didn't mind though - she'd meet up with her sooner or later! In the meanwhile, she was content to meet and greet. ]

RWBY? Oh yeah! Jaune's a RWBY!

[Jaune always felt out of place when Ruby and her friends were invited somewhere, and he was kind of dragged along. Not that he doesn't LIKE going out with them and doing things, but he wasn't part of her team. He was JNPR, not RWBY! That being said he'd tried to stick close to Ruby and the others, but eventually they got all caught up with their own things and he was more or less forgotten about.]

[So there he is just eating a gummi worm when he noticed Lucy... or rather, Plue. He almost choked, coughing once and swallowing his candy as he stared at Plue in confusion. Is that a... Snowman? With paws?

Taking another gummi worm out of the bag he was holding, he put half of it in his mouth.]

What da heck ish dat?

[ Hearing someone choking on their food, Lucy glanced over in surprise, and then grinned cheerfully at Jaune. Sup. This is totally normal man. ]

Him? [ She glanced at the spirit on her shoulder. ] His name is Plue.

[ Because that explains EVERYTHING. ]

[he had heard about this and been asked to come but... he really didn't know about any of this.

even upon arrival he had glanced around, spotting what seemed to be like a typical barbeque. he could have gone for something to eat but.... adam sighed obnoxiously, not in the mood for any of this.

fun with humans just wasn't what he felt like dealing with right now. so he turns around to leave- and the only way he'll come back is if he's dragged back by someone spotting him.]

[ Damnit Adam, if you're food, get something to eat! In fact when he turns to leave her almost bumps right into Lucy and Plue - she fumbles for a second, torn for a second between dropping her books or dropping her spirit - Plue immediately takes precedence. She steadies the dog spirit, letting the books tumble to the floor carelessly before turning her attention to Adam. ]

Adam? I didn't know you were friends with Ruby and the others! Nice to see you again - did you have anything to eat yet?

[ Don't think she missed that attempt to slip away, mister. She is experienced in the way of grumpy people trying to avoid socializing. ]

[Super!Maid to the rescue, of course! She'd been lurking around the edges of course, picking up stray napkins and whisking away objects that were left behind when someone drifted away. Trash went in the appropriate bin of course, while half-eaten plates went to a long side table to be reclaimed later (after any potential random fistfights occurred of course), and personal items... Well, Lucy would probably find a number of random items in her room later. Virgo wasn't a thief, Lucy was just a better Lost And Found than Natsu.

But for now, the potential literary disaster was cleanly headed off as she was just suddenly there catching all of the books and stacking them neatly beside her. Of course Lucy would catch Plue first, that's why they all adored her.]

[Sun is there with the rest of the gang from his world, at least the ones that decided to attend. He's still a bit bummed about the stuff in the news paper from a while ago, so he isn't as chipper as he normally might be. So he's sitting off a little to the side watching everyone else.

But hey, he's got a peeled banana that he's eating. And bananas always helped to make things better..though he was starting to wonder what a grilled banana might taste like.]

[That won't do. A party is supposed to be lively and fun. That's the Fairy Tail golden rule! So here have a fire dragon slayer mage walking over.]

Yo. What's with the long face? Relax. This a party you know. Just have fun.

[They do make it difficult to avoid getting swept up in the good and fun atmosphere. Sun is trying his best not to be a downer, though.]

Yeah, I know. Any other time and I'd be swinging from the rafters, but I've just had a rough couple of weeks.

[Ruby knew how upset Blake was about the paper, and she could only imagine Sun wasn't feeling much better about it. When she sees Sun sitting off to the side, she'll creep up behind him and give him the fiercest noogy she can.]

Ack! [He's receiving he noogy before he even knew what happened. He wasn't exactly expecting anyone, least of all Ruby, to sneak up on him and give him one. And would would have known such a tiny girl could give such a fiercest noogy?

He escapes far enough that he is out of noogy distances and he brings his hands up to ruffle his hair a bit to fix it.]

I see Blake's stealth skills must be rubbing off on you.

One carelessly discarded banana peel from sun becomes a good way for one clumsy doofus to meet another Faunus. Jaune's just minding his own darn business, when suddenly? WHUP!]

[And he slips and takes a dive! Bam, right on his back on the ground.] Gyeh...! Ugh... why me? [Slump]

[Sun...has to cover his mouth when he sees this. He's trying his damn best not to laugh at Jaune..at least not until he knows he's okay.]

[Blind sword throwing, huh? Well, that just happens to catch her interest.]

[Erza lifts her blindfold when she hears Blake.]

[She didn't know Blake had a sword. Erza gestures to a barrel filled with identical longswords.]

Well I've provided a set for everyone but I don't suppose it would hurt if you used your own.

[After taking in the scene quietly with a mug of coffee, the unthinkable happened. He set it down.]

Hmm... It's been some time since I tested my accuracy with a blade. I think I will try it.

Sleepover + Pillow Fights!

[Come on guys, it's not a sleepover until someone gets hit through a hollow wall filled with explosives.]

[Oh yes. The main event. Natsu had been looking forward to this all day. The war, the battle for the title of greatest pillow warrior. Last time Erza had knocked them all out in the end. This time was going to be different dammit. He'd already grabbed most of the good pillows, hoarding them under his arms as he called Erza out.]

Erza. Lets decide it once and for all! Who's the strongest!

[Natsu has other things he should be worrying about, namely the girl in the pink pajama pants creeping up behind him with a pillow raised above her head.]
