[Video] Accidental

[The transmission is obviously an accident as the lower third of the view is covered with what is probably a shirt pocket. It starts with a few seconds of nausea-inducing spins in an office chair complete with the sounds of plastic and metal spinning against each other. At last the view settles on an examination room. Two seconds pass before the feed suddenly jumps down to only a foot or two off the floor and exits the room to start a very random exploration of various hospital corridors.]

So far, nobody has been afraid of me... This is so fun! I need to buy a cotton candy machine! And a place to stay...

[Several more hallways and the feed times out.]

Of course not! A lot of people in my world just think it's unnatural for a reindeer to start talking. This place just seems a lot more accepting.

[Well that hardly makes sense. Everyone's charmed by talking animals; parrots are still popular, aren't they? Unless...time to tease.]

If not unnatural, certainly unusual. But is it the mere fact of your tongue, or what comes out of it?

Do curses, scoffs, jeers and blasphemies lie on your lips? Does your mouth suffer for want of soap? Are your teeth but bars on the gates of hell? Come on, out with it!

[There's a long moment of silence as Chopper tries to figure out just what Ted's trying to ask.]

I ate a human-human fruit and became part human of course! I can still talk to other animals but I have the mind of a human as well.

Pokemon? They're really fun! They're a lot like some of the animals back home.

[At least this time he's not surprised by getting a response, so he's a little sheepish.]

I didn't mean to record that... I have seven different shapes but so far nobody seems to care when I shift around.

[Sheepishly pushing his hooves together, which will make the video feed move back and forth. Not that he'll notice any time soon.]

Well, actually... Only six can actually be done inside and I'm on duty right now. If I don't have any direct patients I tend to wander around and listen for any current patients needing assistance. So... If you want to come by the Genessia hospital I could show you.

[A slight pause and and awkward realization.]

Oh! Right! I'm Chopper, doctor for the Strawhat Pirates! Right now I'm working at the hospital.

I'm Alice Nakiri, Co-Head Chef and Celebrity Chef of Nakiba. Can I come by in the morning? I have to prep for tonight since we open in the evenings.

[Grins this large can't be compressed on such a small screen.]

I admit I'm not really used to a steady monthly income. I have no idea if I'm being paid well or not... But anyways, I'm Chopper!
