I think that is because it's neither the Dark Hour or the TV World.
[It's another place altogether. Another confusing place.]
But uh... there is not much we know about it, sadly.
[She was very quick to switch the feed to private. Sure some people knew what she was capable of, but she didn't want everyone to know.]
I also found that using my Persona here is much easier than back home. So whenever there is trouble, I can help without being in the TV world.
