[As the feed begins, Gamagori can be seen, arms crossed, eyes closed, obviously in deep thought as evidenced by the throbbing vein on his forehead. Once his eyes do open, they snap open as if some burning drive was behind them.]

I cannot take this any longer! This simple sitting around and waiting for something to happen is driving me out of my mind! As such, I, Gamagori Ira; Student Council Disciplinary Committee Chairman of Honnouji Academy, am announcing a citezen's watch initiative. Myself - and any civic minded individuals that wish to join me - will be patrolling the streets of this place and administering justice and discipline where needed!

[He nods to himself as if just that alone is all the explanation that is needed.]

Lady Satsuki! [He shakes his head a bit, not able to look her in the eyes just yet.] I've been here for around two months now, I'm ashamed to say. I let you down at the Naturals Election...

[It takes him an extra second, but only a second. He's blind, but not deaf. The surprise is written all over his face.]

Lady Satsuki-!

[Way to make him look bad, Ira. His balance finds a single knee, and he hangs his head.]

A month less than him. [A beat.] Matoi's here, too.

[Satsuki's gaze very briefly drifts toward the left- but there's certainly no way she could be that close to him.. Right?

What intruiges her, though, is the possibility she had been asleep that long. There's simply no way. Amongst other things.]

I see.. I would imagine she is rather aimless at the moment, given the circumstances. What can you tell me of her recent activity, Sanageyama?

[Her eyes close a moment in thought.]

Gamagori, it would appear for the moment we will all be working with a clean slate- As such it's only fair our correlation also starts anew, should you accept.

[An illusion of choice, but she highly doubts he would say 'no'.]

[He keeps his pose, even though he does bring his eyes forward to the camera. Leave it to Satsuki to be so forgiving.]

Right, of course, Satsuki-sama. I will begin finding a place suitable for one of your stature immediately.

[She feels she can trust him with that task; he's been about long enough to be familiar enough with a fair number of areas.]

Two would be sufficient; in the chance the relocating is necessary. I'm counting on you.

As for your 'Citizen's Watch Initiative'..

[She's uncertain how she feels about the idea, but it's already been announced. Perhaps something good will come from it though.]

[He once again bows his head.]

To be honest, the idea came to me when taking stock of some of the individuals here. Sanegayama, Matoi, myself and you are the only individuals here that have even heard of Life Fibers. However, there have been a number of individuals exhibiting power and skills on par with a 3-Star Goku Uniform, despite never having come in contact with them before.

I had hoped to gather what information I could through observation. I realize that's Inamuta's area of expertise, but in his absence, I thought any information that could help in overthrowing Revocs would be of value.

[Ah, that's important information; but for the moment she's left in the dark upon many things- There's also the matter of there even being a way to return home or not.

And how likely is it these 'powered' individuals can be persuaded to see the most fruitful path?

Too many unanswered questions; far too many for Satsuki's liking. Still, it's wise to obtain manpower while they are here.]

I suspected your intentions were as such. I do not wish to discuss Revocs over this foreign device; we will continue on that subject once quarters have been secured.

[He just nods, already on the prowl, looking around for a suitably grand building to house Satsuki.]

Then do not get fastidious and find the first shelter by nightfall; I recommend starting with Birch or Aspen Avenue.

[She closes her eyes a moment, but unfortunately that isn't enough information for the Council President to work with.]

For the time being, let us keep her unaware of my presence; right now her interference will be a burden that I do not have time to deal with.

[Which begs the question, just how long has she been here? Obviously not long if she's curious about how long he's been here and her being unaware of Matoi's presence means this has nothing to do with Honnouji Academy or covert plots.

As for what he's been up to...he's been less-ambitious than Gamagoori has; ah. Most of his interests fell in the spectrum of Harassing Random Network Posts and Annoying Ira — attribute it to cabin fever.]

Then continue as you were for now. I am not comfortable engaging into deeper matters over a device that has not been put together under my eye.

[Which is the worst testimony ever, probably. But really, this whole thing's come across as an ordinary city. He can't fathom how or why he's here, but he's in good company now.]

[He's finished trolling Gamagoori for this week, so he's totally free to do so. NOT THAT ANYTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN SATSUKI.]

[Satsuki responds with an annoyed grunt- It goes without saying that 'no reason' isn't the answer she wanted to hear.

Perhaps it was due to her grogginess that she hadn't considered her presence in person would be better for their morale- After all it had been more than 30 days for her Elite.

Though what she really wants is tea.]

[Sanageyama's dead quiet, though that noise hasn't gone unheard. That grunt — he's heard it loud and clear, louder in his mind than anywhere else.]

Right-!

[And he won't keep her waiting, but at the same time, he's reluctant to cut the feed. That's Satsuki's duty.]

I'd expect nothing less.

[Satsuki ends the feed. And, as promised, she is waiting at the archway by the time he arrives.]

My city is already under my watch. I don't need any giant buffoons like you going around and causing trouble. If you're going to do that, keep your nose out of Nova City.

[He just crosses his arms for a moment, though the idea of Wily getting talked down to by Satsuki causes a smirk to play at his lips.]

While I would savor the lecture she would be giving you, I am afraid I cannot allow that to happen. Anyone approaching her must do so through me.

I am her impenetrable shield, and I will do whatever is necessary to maintain the order she has entrusted me with!

I... I guess Fayren could always use a few more pairs of eyes since the Guardian and Skeletor have dropped off the grid. [Really, he's worried. But until things get back to normal, he's going to play his part. This Gamagori guy though, he seems pretty intense... Vyse is a little worried he might get carried away.]

A citizen's watch is a pretty good idea. Just having the Guardians isn't enough, I think.

[He nods, pulling a pen and pad from the inside of his uniform.]

Good. What is your name?

[Oh! Vyse wasn't expecting this.]

Me? I'm Vyse. I... kinda help keep a look-out around the area. [He may have also more than once stolen some things from some nobles and given them to poor people. But hey, what Gamagori doesn't know won't hurt Vyse!]

[He jots down the name quickly, before turning his sword-like gaze back to the camera.]

And how are you in a fight?

Well I don't mean to brag, but my crew and I tackled the most powerful Armada my world had ever seen. So... I guess I can tangle with some pretty experienced fighters.

[Justice may be a little extreme for Caelica, and the burning passion behind that didn't help make it look fair and balanced kind of justice, but more of a beatdown-on-baddies type. Still if it would mean protecting those who can't protect themselves, Caelica is on board with that idea]

I have already offered my skills to be a Guardian assistant to Fayren as a way to earn an income. However, I would be willing to help in case I am needed.

Very well. What is your name?

[Caelica cleared her throat first]

My name is Caelica Blair, sir.

[He jots the name down on a pad he's keeping handy.]

Very well. Can you handle yourself in a fight?

I would say so. I am a rune knight where I am from.

[She may be humble most of the time, but she's not gonna shy away to the fact that she's not a half-bad fighter if she tries]

[He just stares for a minute.]

[Caelica wasn't expecting that response. Normally, people just nod and accept that fact that she's a knight]
