[After discovering the hidden cave, Azalea was determined to ruin the Hands of Decay's reputation as a "good" group. And so she makes her announcement.]
People of Fayren, and all of Genessia. Recently there was a house that exploded, and the fugitive with the connection to the Hands of Decay had been spotted. I gave chase, but sadly I wasn't able to find him. But what I did find was extremely disturbing.
There was a hidden cave that the Hands of Decay had sealed with an explosion. One of my dragon friends helped me open it, and Mavis and Zeref helped me explore it. What we found was a prison cell with mages locked inside, severely malnourished and dehydrated, and barely alive. Given the way the cave had been sealed, it didn't seem like the Hands of Decay were planning to return. Those people had been left inside the cell to die a slow, agonizing death.
This is the true face of the Hands of Decay. You've probably read their message in the most recent newspaper. Just look at what they have done, causing unimaginable pain and suffering. They have no right to label magic as "evil" when they have the heart to commit atrocities like this. They are far more evil than magic can ever be. With this discovery, we should be one step closer to giving them the fate that they deserve.
[And she may want to do more than simply "bringing them to justice."]

[The doll was fuming as intensely as a squishy plush doll can be as he wiggled in front of the camera with his owner sitting calmly behind him.]
"Those big dumb stinkers! How can they treat people like that!?"
"Nachtigal did something similar to what you described back on my world..."
no subject
I don't know how they can do that to people...
[She then responds to the girl behind him.]
Really? What did you do?
no subject
[It was a brief happy ending, but she wasn't going to get into that.]

[She has that certification from Jude, Rowan, Milla and others, so it's official. Plus, helping out would let Elize have a closer look at this creature. Maybe even pet it.]
no subject
[A pause.]
So that...thing...is called Teepo?
[She really doesn't mean to be rude by calling Teepo a "thing", but she really doesn't know what else to call him...]
...What exactly does a spirit channeler do?
no subject
"A spirit channeler gives mana to spirits, and in return, they give us artes. So I can use magic and use Teepo to hit."
no subject
I'm a dragon, thank you very much.
[Then addressing Elize.]
I see. That's quite interesting.
no subject
"So, can I help?"
"We're unbeatable! Unstoppable! Unwavering! We are super pals!"
no subject
no subject
"And lemme yell ya, you'd look almost as cute as me with a pink ribbon."
no subject
[Then she's puzzled at Teepo's remark.]
A pink ribbon? I don't know if pink would look good on me. Maybe a green ribbon?
And...Teepo? I apologize for calling you a "thing"...I really didn't know what you were.

audio;
[He lets out an echoed chuckle.]
And yet, it would not surprise me in the slightest if it would be that their very leaders are those who wield magic themselves, and only fear power greater than their own.
audio;
...At this point, I wouldn't want to use magic against them. The last thing we want is to justify their claims about it.
But if they do use magic themselves, that wouldn't surprise me either, really. They may be clever and elusive, but what they're doing is beyond foolish, whatever their motive is...
audio;
[He would be happy to truly give those people something to fear, but for now, he would not want to intervene. He enjoyed learning of what great lengths others on the network were going to to bring them down. He could admire that kind of unwavering dedication.]
I cannot help but wonder, just how many others they have taken to force their will to be so. Such a radical organization would certainly not be above the act of taking an innocent and forcing their hand.

Perhaps we'll find out from the victims we found just what all they have done, once they're able to speak again. They still need time to recover.
no subject
But you had best hope that that they were not tormented to the point that they may be broken by the ordeal. Some mortals have such fragile minds.
no subject
[Like dragons, if one provokes them.]
Perhaps...they were in terrible shape, but hopefully at least one of them will be able to speak up.
no subject
I'm sure you and your clan are waiting with bated breath as well.

[She could freak out over the...giant lizard? Well, she's friends with a little girl that has a floating eye ball. She'll take it in stride.]
no subject
Yes, that's the group that's been targeting magic users within Fayren. The other one who's spoken of them would be Mewtwo. I believe Mavis has already contacted him about our findings.
no subject
I pass through Fayren quite a bit. Is there anything I can do?
no subject
I think we have everything under control for the time being. I would keep an eye out for more announcements from Mewtwo. He's the one that coordinates our efforts against the Hands of Decay.
no subject
You're...a real dragon. [Then he catches himself.] Ah - I'm sorry. [He bows.] I keep telling myself to stop acting so surprised at everything, but it's proving to be a challenge.
Hands of Decay? That name alone doesn't sound friendly. I've had my fair share of experiences gone wrong with magic, but I agree it's wrong to label all magic the same. I would think that like with any ability it would only be as good or bad as the person using it.
no subject
[But she's always glad to hear others who share the real logic about magic.]
Exactly. Magic can be dangerous when misused, but it's no reason to eliminate everyone who practices it. It has just as many benefits.
no subject
I believe you. Without good magic what would be there to stop the bad? My life was saved by the same kind of magic that used to threaten everyone around me. It didn't matter that it was the same kind of magic, it was all about the intentions of the user. [He looks troubled. He really hopes now that the thief really is gone. Needless to say, the last thing he needs is that kind of trouble when there are people in this world that actually believe in magic and are afraid of it already.]
