The information he had been given was hazy at best. He did, however, manage to put on the necklace and make his way outside the bay with the envelope of money in one hand and the phone device in the other. Standing just outside the bay the shaggy haired sweeper with “XIII” tattood just under his left collar bone slowly held the device up and pushed the button.

“So hungry…” There was a slight pause before he simply tipped over face first into the ground with a loud thump. The sound of his stomach rumbling immediately followed before the audio cut out.

[feel free to poke him, prod him, trip over him or feed him, if no one claims the feeding part him I’ll have an NPC do it. Action and Audio replies are both welcome]

There is complete silence at least for a moment but thanks to the fact that Killua turned him over the smell of a waffle cone eventually wafted down to where Train was laying. His stomach let out another long growl and his newly emptied hand reached out to grasp at Killua's leg.

"Unnng fooood."

"I'm not food." Killua said dryly. "And you can't have mine."

An are went up to lay across his forehead giving him a tired side eye. "Stingy."

Yep, it's my ice cream. Maybe you should get a job.

"Already have one, have you seen a guy around here in a suit and an eye patch?" His stomach groaned again.

"Well then you don't need to take kid's ice cream." He lifts his chin and looks smug before considering the question.

"Uh... I think I'd remember a pirate wandering around. Nope, haven't seen one."

"Pppffffttt, pirate! Hahahaha that's a good one, I'm gonna use that one for sure next time I see him!"

Killua looked at Train as though he thought he might be a little crazy. He seemed to have recovered enough to laugh at least. "Yeah well, that's what he gets for wearing an eyepatch. You sure he doesn't secretly wanna be one?"

Train was completely oblivious to the look that Killua gave him. "I've never asked. Anyway, other than the eye patch he looks perfectly normal," Train sighed and sat up. "Aw man, I guess I'll have to nab a small fry or something in the mean time. Is there a Sweeper cafe around here somewhere?"

For the first time he took a close look at his surroundings and looked quite puzzled. "What town is this anyway?"

"You could probably get a broom at a hardware store." There's probably one of those around. "Are you going to sweep the cafe to get money?"

He glances around and shrugs. "Genesis or something."

Train looked puzzled for a second and then laughed, "what, you never heard of a Sweeper before? Bounty hunter, it's a bounty hunter. I just need collect on a small one like a pickpocket or a dine-and-dasher to hold me over until I run into my partners. Hmm, I've never heard of Genesis before..."

"I call em Hunters where I'm from buddy, Sweepers clean the streets." He watched Train laugh deciding he'd recovered enough. "I was going to be a Bounty Hunter when I passed the Hunter exam." Of course everything had gotten a little ... busy after that.

Pickpocket huh? "Do they pay for that stuff here?" He nudged the pamphlet for Train with a toe. "There's a thing written up about it." Not that he's actually read it yet.

"Every place has a little bit of crime right? That would be quite the problem if they don't, I have a pretty specific skill set." Train picked up the pamphlet and gave it a glance before tucking it into his jacket, "I doubt they'd include their crime-rates in a traveler's brochure."

"So you want to be a bounty hunter, huh?"

"Yeah but they don't always pay you to stop it." He shrugged at the brochure. "Yeah but everyone keeps bitching at me to read it."

"Just for a little while. Long enough to arrest my family."

He hadn't thought of that and his face showed it before he sighed a bit. "Reading can wait, I'll have to scrounge up a bite or two first. Someone here has to be kind of a nice enough to share some bread crusts with me, obviously that's not you."

"What did they do?"

Heh he totally didn't think about that.

"Bet you could raid the garbage cans." Killua is SO HELPFUL!

He beams. "Mass murder."

"Yeah, I'm not digging through trash." This kid isn't very helpful.

"All of them? What'd they do that for?"

"Well I guess you're not that hungry then huh? Some people play instruments and stuff and people will give them money."

"They were paid."

"I am but there's better ways of finding food than digging through garbage and making yourself sick on week old mayonnaise," he says so like he's experienced. "I don't play any instruments. I guess I could do some trick shooting but I can't be sure the gains will offset the price of bullets."

"You mean like assassins?" He looks a little curious.

"Ugh that's disgusting." He licks his ice cream which is starting to melt. "Huh, that sucks."

"Yeah like that." He looks amused.

"So everyone in your family is an assassin?"

He shrugs. "Yep, I could make a boatload of money catching them. They're pretty famous, there's tour buses that go by the house every day."

"Woah, really? They must be pretty confident! What about you, are you one too?" He looked genuinely impressed.

"Yep. They're pretty good." He scratches his cheek. "Naw, I'm a Hunter." Which doesn't mean he wasn't nor that he doesn't still kill but you know. Semantics.

"Well congratulations for breaking the mold." Train stood up with a groan and another stomach grumble, "nice meeting you kid, I gotta go get some grub before I really keel over and die."
