Who:Ryou Bakura and You
Where: Nova City
What/When:Testing how his stuff will sell by starting small/ Morning and Noon

Bakura had decided on Nova City to test out what success could be had selling some of his figurines. He had decided it was probably practical to go where the population was likely to be largest. That, and after browsing the most recent paper it didn't seem like Fayren needed more dolls....though he had to admit, a doll police force sounded pretty cool and he was tempted to go and see it for himself.
He was excited about the prospect of owning a business but nervous as well. So, he had fashioned himself a makeshift cart that he could take with him and push around selling his stuff. Really, in a way, he almost liked this better than being bolted to one place because of the ability to walk around and see people. But realistically a shop would be a good idea. If his stuff became popular he'd need a place to work not to mention store things and he doubted Yugi or Atem would appreciate him cluttering up the apartment.
Many of the figurines he had in his cart were of duel monsters. But a few were based off of people he had seen while exploring Genessia.
Scenarios
A) Run into him while trying to sell something.
B)He'll be sitting near his cart having a lunch break of sorts, probably some sandwich he snagged from a vendor
C)Packing up after a more successful day than he anticipated, counting money, might have a few last items to sell.
D)OTA - he is generally friendly and will talk to you.
