[Did you subscribe to The Genessia Tribune? Did you even remotely wish you had a newspaper or some other form of media to refer to for news, weather, and current events? Then you're in luck! There's a paperboy riding through the streets of Genessia flinging newspapers onto doorsteps or, if you're unlucky, through your window. Even remote locations in the other cities will still get a paper if one of the residents ever wanted one. The Paperboy is just that dedicated.]

Cinder Falls and Fizzles
Nova City Guardian Weiss Schnee lead a team on Tuesday, May 16th to officially imprison criminal Cinder Fall on charges of theft, extortion, blackmail, coercion, and illegal occupation of a Nova City hotel. A plethora of evidence was provided including hotel security cameras, eye witness statements, receipts, destruction of Nova City property and police force robotics, trespassing, and several other charges. Cinder Fall was said to be the leader of criminals that Guardian Schnee recently exonerated, but we were unable to find evidence of their cooperation in our investigation.
In the course of this big bust, the Nova City Power Plant suffered losses due to cooperation from some of Cinder's criminal minions in an attempt to break through to the former Nova City subarchway of Beacon Academy. Beacon Academy was lost in the arrest.
"It's been a long, hard road, but you know what? Nova City deserves to be safe. Some criminals are willing to come forward and attempt to work with me to make this a safer place, but there are others who refuse to come clean from what they've done. Cinder deserves what she has, and frankly? The prison she's in isn't a bad place. I hope that she works out her issues and is able to become a productive member of society one day," said City Guardian Weiss Schnee.
Guardian Schnee's policies regarding criminals have been controversial in the past, but it's about time she started showing a good record for putting criminals behind bars. Nova City thanks Guardian Schnee and the other members of her team, including Deputy Guardians Troy Dantes and Artanis, same-world-hunters Jaune Arc, Flynt Coal, Sun Wukong, Ruby Rose, former City Guardian Satsuki Kiryuin, Schnee Company Security Team member Levi Ackerman, and Fairy Tail member Levy McGarden for helping to keep Nova City safe.

We've received an interview with members of the Hands of Decay done by an anonymous interviewer who chose the name Berkley to go by. The Hands of Decay members also opted not to use their real names and chose to go by names belonging to two mages in Fayren.

Pilfered: Jewelry store after jewelry store are being robbed in Genessia City. The culprit behind the robberies leaves a letter taunting the jewelry stores security, but otherwise leaves no trace of them being there. A level 2 bounty is being offered for anyone that can bring him to justice.
Nova City
Maximum Vengeance: An R&D scientist was fired from his job and decided to take his research project with him. A power suit, personal flight machine and a cache of handheld bombs. He’s taken to robbing banks and money transportation vehicles. A level 3 bounty is being offered for his capture.
Everglade
Arched: An archer has been plaguing Everglade, snipping people from long distance with arrows. Some arrows are laced with poison,. And he purposely grazes the people so they can die via that. A level 2 payment is being offered for his capture.
Fayren
Wayward Beasts: Mysterious deaths and odd occurrences have been happening over the last few days. People suddenly losing all memories, piles of clothes with ash inside of them among other things. But with the interview in the paper, it has been revealed that five Beasts have been unleashed. A level 3 bounty is being offered for the beasts. Extreme caution should be used when attempting to claim any of the bounties.
The Mind Beast - Capable of devouring thoughts and memories to make itself stronger. Its ability has a great range but can only focus on one person at a time. Memories can be reclaimed if the beast is killed within 24 hours of eating them, otherwise they are gone.
Shadow Beast - A creature capable of merging with shadows. It can pull someone or something into their own shadow and devour them. Light is your friend with this one, because it takes time to become accustomed to your shadow before it can feed.
Zombic Beast - a creature that looks humanoid. If it injuries you, however, you die shortly after and it gains control of your body. It often likes to eat its victims when they turn, but it will also have then go and gather more victims for it.
Queen Beast - Likes dark places like caves. Spawns little creatures that kill and feed on other creatures and return to it to give her some of the food as well.
Feeder Beast - a contradictory sort of creature. It's immune to magic, but it can use magic. It has fangs and it bites and injects magic spells into others. It can put a fire in your body and burn you from the inside out or inject a water spell into you and drown you. It devours your soul when you die, and though it is humanoid it is stronger and faster than any human.

Entombed: Someone has been kidnapping people in the middle of the night and burying them alive in their own backyard. A level 2 bounty is being offered to anyone that can capture this person.
