On the 4th of June it will be my 18th birthday. It will also be the day of the Grand Opening of my new game shop called Puzzled. So this is an invite to all to come attend and just have fun. There will be plenty of games to play and plenty of food to eat, so I hope you consider coming.

Because my focus will be on this new game shop, I will be making Atem the manager of Kame Game. So if you ever need a game in Genessia, best to let him know.

Finally if anyone ever sees a Chespin wondering around, please inform me. They tend to wonder a lot and thier father is a very worried pokemon.

I did. I am about as far as what Kaiba remembers. So I know everything now.

Most likely. Until recently, people only ever called 'The Other Yugi', 'Yugi' or the 'Nameless Pharaoh.'

[ Or 'Mou Hitori no Boku'.

He had a feeling that had been it. Yugi's even farther along then himself, now. Not that he didn't understand what was coming. ]

Did you wish for me to stop calling you 'Aibou?'

[ Because even if Yugi does, Atem will still consider him his partner, even after. His partner and his best friend. ]

Well now you have a name, which everyone here calls you and they'll be able to get to know you.

[He paused for a moment, he wasn't really sure if he wanted him to stop or not. But he knew what to say at least.]

I believe that choice is ultimately up to you. If you want to keep calling me that, I don't mind.

[ Atem's posture relaxes slightly. ]

I'm glad. After everything that happened, I couldn't have asked for a better partner and best friend in all of it.

[He smiled slightly.]

You know, when you say that it makes me think what my life might have been like if well... I never solved the puzzle.

Yet, I could never think of what that life could be like because then I never would have met you or anyone I know now. I wouldn't have become who I am.

[ His was rather easy to think about. ]

I would still be trapped in the puzzle.

[ Awaiting the Chosen One, but Atem couldn't imagine it being anyone else but Yugi. ]

But I feel the same, Yugi. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else as the one to help me.

Maybe. But I guess fate has certain ways of playing out.

[He figured if his Grandfather never got eh puzzle in the first place, he figured someone else would have.]

Just like... I guess it was fate that we ended up here.

[ Atem nods. ]

I can't say that I'm upset that I'm here. If anything, I'm more thankful then anything else.

Thankful? I mean I can try and understand why you might be, but yet...

[He paused for a moment.]

What I remember now you being able to finally rest after so long.

I haven't reached that far yet. The last thing I remembered before waking up here was naming Seto my successor.

Kaiba had all but told me what happened, though, so I knew what ultimately lay ahead. It's hard not to, when he tells you the Sennen Items are no more.

[He nodded slightly.]

They aren't. Except of course the one here I had with me, but that was when I first arrived. I think it wasn't a bad thing they are gone though, right?

No, it wasn't a bad thing. It's better that they be sealed away, so that no one can use or abuse their power again.

So... What do you want to do with the puzzle that's here?

[ He sighs. ]

I don't know, honestly. Obviously, we still need to protect it.

Well if it helps, it's always at home when I don't wear it and I am sure no one knows what it can do here because I've not told anyone.

[ Yeah, you might not of, Aibou, but Atem did mention the Sennen items to a few people.

Not that he's about to admit that, of course. ]

Home would be the best place for it. If anything, we could always see about getting a safe of some kind to store it in.

That should be easy to do considering the money I make. At least finding the best one possible.

Then we'll just have to find the best place in the house to put it.

Where do you think that would be? The closest?

I'd say in a safe within the house, but I fear that would be the first place someone would look for it.

You could always bury it? No one would think of looking for a safe under the ground.

True, although I would want to take the precaution of placing it in a place where no one goes.

I guess so. Though admitedly you'll probably have a better idea than I will since you understand it better.

I'm sure that there are still things about the puzzle that not even I understand.

[ Honestly, Atem learned a lot of this stuff on the fly. Saving the world is a decent motivator. ]

Possibly, but for now we still know a few things and you are worried. We just need to figure out what's best. Might take a while, but we'll get there.
