[There is no point for Roy to actually do a video or a text post since he can't see, so it's better to stick to audio for now. At least he would hopefully be able to fix his issue soon? At least he's hoping to do so.]
My name is Roy Mustang. I'm a State Alchemist from Amestris. Usually I would greet you so that our eyes meet, but right now it's not possible. Which brings me to why I'm doing this post.
[There's a slight pause in his speech before he continues.]
I am currently blind. It wasn't due to birth, but due an experiment I was forced to be a part of. In my world this would be next to impossible to heal, but I have heard that this place has a different sort of powers. So I wanted to know if there was someone who would be able to heal my eyes. Of course, I don't expect you to do it for free.
If this is possible, I would like to apply for a security position, as my job has been protecting citizens for many years. Otherwise, any suggestions what I could do in my current condition would be very welcome.

Which is probably why she's able to step out of her shoes, hang her keys at the door, and cross the room to him while listening to his questioning to the network. Without his awareness. She sits heavily beside him, a bit closer than would be appropriate, their legs touching as she reaches for the phone. It's quiet enough that she knows nobody has replied, without her taking the device from his hands.]
We don't know this network is secure, sir. [Her concern is more in her body language than in her tone, per usual; the slight stiffness in her shoulders and the furrow in her brow. Riza is not necessarily the most expressive person. Roy has the unfortunate task of picking apart her already subtle cues with very little visual input.] Are you sure this is wise--asking strangers?
