Thanks to Amberdrake, Sanzo is a "reluctant" secondary caretaker of a flock of ten, rainbow colored birds. They're the size of finches and ramble in disjointed sentences. They know how to listen to others if commands are directed at them, but would one know that right off the bat? They love to imitate the speech of others and annoy interesting strangers. Sanzo might have as few as two and as many as ten while he's walking about, being bored.

One of the birds might just take an interest in some stanger and try to play with their hair...

"I think it's neat!" said one of the birds, this one mostly cream in coloration. It then went back to picking at the bread. Delicious.

Sanzo wondered if he could outright flee from this conversation. There were many topics he really didn't want to touch on, especially not with a stranger.

"Eh. You could say that. It's like having kids around, they never shut up and won't leave me alone."

Airy smiled at the bird but otherwise didn't seem phased. She hasn't met a talking bird before but that didn't mean that they don't exist.

"Sounds like kids."

Her bright eyes look up at Sanzo with a clear sort of view. "Sorry if I'm bothering you. I'll let you and your friends go. Thank you for talking with me. It was a lot of fun meeting you." She hoped that they speak again.

"Yeah." Sanzo didn't have anything better to say, the master of tact that he was. The birds he didn't bother to speak to, they picked up on his intent to leave and took to the air to follow.
