[Ace is camped on his favorite spot on the beach of Genessia on another pile of driftwood and such that he's been collecting for various Ace related reasons. He doesn't look really happy, though. And he even sounds pissed, voice tight and clipped.]

I'm looking to start a pirate crew. Not sure what the ultimate goal is but for right now adventure, breaking laws, maybe some arson and never paying for anything you eat ever.

[ It's later, the sun has set... And she's in the middle of Fayren with no one knowing where she's disappeared to. She's just going to pull out her communicator...

[ She's just going to show him the huge number of unread messages. Likely all yelling at her because she failed to leave a note. It seemed like a good idea at the time so that she wouldn't be stopped...

[ Well, not really, but the fact that he's giving her a choice in the matter is appreciated. She's going to wrap her arms around him then, adjusting so that he can lift her more easily. Not that it'd be hard to begin with considering that she's already small and light, but still. ]

Yep! [he crosses his arms underneath her to keep her in place and runs. He plans to go the rooftop way. A burst of fire from his feet sends him upward and they are running high in the air...

He is not anything of the sort. And his name is Angelo.

[ Twitching... But she's also going to be a good passenger because no she doesn't want to open her eyes when they are moving at such high speed, she might get sick if she does. ]

[they are honestly not moving that fast. Or at least not as fast as she might think]

[ She's still not tempted to press her luck. Besides, after all of the drama from earlier, she's pretty much exhausted and Ace is kind of really comfortable to rest against. ]

As far as I can tell. He insisted that I should not live alone after losing my leg. He... May have acted uncouth before this, but I can promise he has not since I came to live there.

If he's uncouth again I'll knock his teeth in. [and he'll only stop at that and the aforementioned ball burning because he was helping Adela out]

I am. And if he shows signs of trying to act that way I will be sure he knows what awaits him if he does.

[ It's a small huff, but she does laugh before squeezing her arms around him a little in a bit more of a hug than simply hanging onto him. ]

Of course, he might make a similar threat to you, so be careful.
