[There's a new arrival, but this wouldn't be obvious to many people - owing to the fact that she's keeping herself fairly well hidden. Being a former 'glitch' with the ability to teleport, she thankfully still has this ability, and after realizing she was in a completely different world, decides to use this to explore her surroundings.
Maybe she's going to startle some people, perhaps she could purposefully scare someone who's particularly easy to do so... or maybe she'll just keep hidden. Unfortunately, she's not aware that there are potentially people here who can sense without having to see, and that her actual method of teleporting isn't exactly perfect, as each time she does so, glitchy particles escape into the air where she starts and finishes. What do?]

nice little video introduction thing. guess if I had any questions about this place, most of 'em are answered already. what about time back home, though? I mean if time's passing without us that's pretty bad right? [Especially for her.]

Action you jerk
But the glitched particles weren't lost on her, icey blue eyes narrowing at the sight before she paused, hands rubbing at her eyes just to make sure they weren't beginning to act up.
No, they were still there, interesting.]
Whoever you are, you can stop trailing me like a stalker. [There's a slight hint of a growl in her tone, but not completely malicious just yet.]
B3
The glitching stops once the other person speaks up, but there's a hint of a giggle in the distance.]
'M just havin' some fun. Wasn't tryin' t'stalk ya. [But she'll keep away for just a bit longer. See how she responds first.]
no subject
You'd be better off not doing that to people who can sense you, because it tends not to end well with some of them. [The faintest hint of a frown as she takes a seat on the nearest bench, boots tapping on the ground to some unseen rhythm.]
Lucky for you that it takes a lot to bring me to violence, hm?
no subject
People can do that? [Actual surprise. She didn't know that.] Huh. Tha's kinda interestin'.
Still, I don't think any'a ya could catch me. ... Not that I wanna make someone resort t'violence. [It'd be funny to her though.]

If you're a living creature, you can learn to do it, evidently. Though it's not an inherent ability, I think. [She's still a little fuzzy on the actual details and some people don't give off energy to track, like herself.]
Then don't push the fact, you never know what someone can do around here. There's people here who could level entire cities in the span of a day, if that around here, after all.
no subject
If they're levelin' cities to catch little ol' me, they're doin' it wrong. [Another little laugh, before all of a sudden, the tiny girl teleports in front of 18, sporting a grin.]
I mean, I'm a pretty tiny target, dont'cha think?
no subject
Assuming they'd actually care. [When she appears in front of her, she doesn't even flinch, merely giving the girl a look over. A child, just as she suspected. It explains a lot with how she was acting, though her hands remain relaxed on her lap, not seeming to be interested in harming her.]
That might be, but if you basically nuke an entire city, it doesn't leave many places to hide. [She gives the smallest bit of an amused smile.] And there's some here capable and willing to do such just to prove their point, you know.
no subject
[VAN THAT'S NOT THE POINT]
That's true, I guess. Still! [She starts glitching between a few points, over and over quickly.] You know anyone that fast?
no subject
She goes quiet as she watches her, raising a brow in curious question.]
You'd be surprised about the people I know, the majority of them human, surprisingly. [Not that any of them were that fast, but, hey, details.]
no subject
Humans, huh? Interestin'. I thought they were all pretty weird anyway.

I can't help to much but if you need anything you're welcome to send me a message.

[It takes a while before another message is sent.]
name's vanellope

Nice to meet you.
I don't know what all I can tell you that isn't listed in the packets. Everglade is sorta like a horror movie. Fayren is like a RPG magical thing. Nova City is a futuristic city and Genessia is like New York but without the shouting.
no subject
I dunno what New York is, though
fayren's like an RPG, huh? like with forests and monsters and goofy people wielding swords?
[At least, that's what she's gathered about RPGs from the arcade.]

Until it happens again, a little farther down the street. Maybe it was stupid but he wanted to touch it. Ted ran up to where he last saw the glitch, eager to get his hands on its next appearance.
Ah ha, there it is! Goku uniform in gear, he shot towards the sound, eager to catch it in the act.
no subject
She glitched once more, out of sight, to see what the strange person will do next.
no subject
Mm, this could be tricky. The next glitch didn't appear for a few moments, and Ted wondered if he'd lost sight of the fairy altogether until he saw it out of the corner of his eye on a rooftop. Alley-oop! He hopped up far higher than any normal man should to reach it, only to see it appear again on a neighboring house. This was getting absurd. He'd be chasing the glitch all day if he didn't get some kind of advantage, and it always outpaced him.
Well, there's the obvious thing. Maybe it's intelligent? He could just ask. "Hey, wait up! I want to...see what you're about!"
no subject
"What I'm about?" You're not giving her any good reasons to actually show up, Ted.
no subject
That answers that! He shouted back into the ether. "What you're doing, what you're up to, some explanation for yourself. Is that much clearer?"

There's someone here I can't protect without being here.
[Action] hope this is okay!
[Action] It's perfectly okay! o/
Pffff, the look on your face! That was priceless! [Excuse her, she finds this hilarious.]
[Action]
Was that data?
[Action] aaaah sorry for the late tag!
Yup! Used t'be called 'glitching' but it's my power now!
