[Zechs had been keeping a low profile since he arrived last month, if only because he isn't much of a network person. Sure, keeping up with posts is a good idea, but he'd rather keep his interactions to a minimum. Especially as of late.

But this post was necessary.]

To those of you with intentions of attending the Second Honnouji Academy, please note that no matter which subject area you decide to focus on, ballroom dancing is a requirement. It must be fulfilled, or you won't receive a certificate of completion of your education. This is non-negotiable, with exceptions to restrictions as deemed necessary from a qualified medical doctor.

Why is that required anyway?

I don't see why it shouldn't be, but it's required due to the amount of formal gatherings there tend to be.

Probably not, I'm a little old for school.

Why is dancing a requirement? You guys just one of those high end noble schools or somethin'?

Most academies such as this one have it as a standard requirement. You'd be surprised how many formal gatherings involve actual dancing in this style.

Huh. First I've heard of it. I feel kinda cheated in my education now, I had to have my sister teach me to dance.

[Not that that was a bad thing. Katherine was graceful as hell.]

But, I am just kind of a low-life mercenary, so I guess it's not that surprising that I never really had to take part in fancy socializing.

That's certainly something Satsuki can get behind- There wasn't much room for doubt in her mind that they would get along in the workplace before but this pretty much cements it. Either way, this brings back memories, though her attempt to make education mandatory didn't go over nearly as well.

Also, she's not certain she agrees that she isn't 'starry'.]
