[Action] Teepo Copter!

Location: Fayren, Genessia.

[Ever since Elize discovered the Garden Park, she wanted to spend time there when she had the chance. But it was quite a long walk, and it was clearly not safe anymore. Sure, she can handle herself, but that doesn't mean she wants to fight. So, this little princess-type got a very clever idea.

Whether it's going to Garden Park or returning to the apartment in Fayren, if one would look up slightly, they would catch the purple-dressed Elize flying through the air, hanging on to Teepo as he spins his ears fast enough to generate lift just high enough to be out of reach of adults, but still low enough to talk to.

Unfortunately, Elize doesn't have a lot of control and almost flies into someone when she looses altitude, or maybe she does end up crashing into someone. At least she wasn't twirling her wand.]

[Bracken had mostly flown under the radar since the day he arrived. He'd always been the quiet type and rarely announced where he was going or for what, so it was hard to track him down in a town full of people. That in itself partially managed to keep him safe.

Despite warnings from others, he was in Fayren again. He just didn't feel comfortable riding around in cars and preferred walking or riding. And, preferring quiet to big crowded cities, he was naturally lured away from other places.

While strolling down the street something rammed into him from behind. He stumbled forward, jamming his staff onto the ground to hold himself up, only saved by the fact that he was a lot larger and weighed a lot more than whoever ran into him. Once he was stable on his feet he turned around to see what had happened. His back did ache a bit from impact, but he could always heal it if he needed to. It wasn't enough pain to keep him from moving.]

S-Sorry, I didn't mean to get in, in your way.

[How unfortunate that Elize didn't have time to warn anyone of her fly-bys. After she crashed into someone, she lost her grip on Teepo and she fell to the ground, Teepo however, was accidentally launched further away. She might have gotten a scratch or two, but she can heal them quickly with her spirit artes.

Elize slowly got back to her feet as Teepo came to hover around her like he usually does. She checks on whoever she flew into.]

"No, I'm sorry... Teepo and I should've made wider turns."

"I thought I was on my way to the moon!"

I-It's okay.

[He rolled his shoulders, adjusting his stiff back, before casting a small spell to heal himself. No problem, see?

'Teepo' caught his attention. It didn't look like a person, or like any race he'd ever seen. He wondered if it was some sort of pet, but it also spoke. He tilted his head curiously.]

My... My robe is a little y-yellow-ish, but, I'm not the moon.

[He pointed up.]

Y-You have to go that way. For... For the moon.

[Teepo moved in to hover a bit too close to his face. He looks soft and squishy.]

"That was the direction I went flying off to."

[Just then, Elize took Teepo and wrapped her arms around him, taking a few comfortable steps back so no personal spaces are violated.]

"Let's not fight, you two. What matters is no one is hurt."

[Although he was quite a bit bigger, and certainly not lacking power-wise, he wasn't one for confrontation and took a step back as Teepo flew towards him.]

S-Sorry.

[He'd only meant to help with directions. Eyes turning down to her, he leaned over even more than he usually did since he was a good bit taller.]

Do... Do you need healed?

[Elize shakes her head as she reveals a wand she keeps hidden on her person.]

"I can do it, thank you."

[She holds her wand in a meditative pose. Soon, she raises her wand.]
"Pixie Circle!"
[A magic circle of bluish-green with shimmers of white formed under Elize, it's heavenly glow soothing any scratches she got. Within seconds, the circle was gone and Elize stowed away her wand.]

"All better."

[He watched quietly, and smiled at the magic.]

A-Are you a healer?

[He did like seeing magic. It made him feel more at home than the other archways with their cars and crazy technology. Besides, she seemed pretty non-threatening.]

"Um, yeah. Kind of."

[Nevermind that she specializes in area healing and preventing application of harmful magic effects, among others.]

"And, if she wants, she can really wail on 'em bad guys with dark spirit artes!"

[And Elize merely nodded with her little smile.]

[That just made him smile brighter.]

A-Are you a mage, too?

[But then he recalled what he'd been told and his expression fell.]

I've heard... I've heard that there are p, people around here who pick on mages. Y-You should be careful.

"A mage...?" [Good question.] "I don't know. Where I come from, we're called spirit channelers."

"Those Hands of Decay jerks can go suck it. I can beat those friendless goons with both hands tied behind my back!"

[Teepo, you don't have arms.]

[That was a brand new on on him.]

I-I've never heard of that. What... What kind of spells do you u-use?

[Maybe he sounded a little excited, but he did like seeing others' magic and what it did. He hadn't seen a completely different type of magic in a long time.

If anyone needed to point out that the strange creature didn't have arms, well... Bracken paused, furrowed his brows and studied it, but he didn't see any anywhere.]

You... You have hands?

[Maybe he misplaced them?]

"I can use healing and dark spells."

[Teepo hovered at eye level with him, comically delaying his response for a moment.]

"Nope~" [Comical emphasis on the P.]

O-Oh.

[There was a silence for a moment. Understanding jokes wasn't his forte, and he was wondering why Teepo would mention arms if he didn't have them.

Then, he let it go, as he so often needed to with things, and turned his attention back to her.]

M-Maybe mages should stick together. We, We could take some people.

[He really had no idea what type of people they were. Fighters? Maybe it would be tricky, but mages had their magic, and that was pretty powerful.]

Or, we could show them that, that they don't need to h-hunt mages.

[Elize went quiet. She wasn't sure if he was suggesting something, or what.]

"What are you saying? Are you trying to offer something?"

[He flinched a bit. It was often him who messed up in these situations, being unable to communicate well, and he immediately had to think back to try and figure out where he messed up.]

I mean... I mean...

[It took him a bit to try and sort things in his head and what he had missed. Even when he was explaining, he wasn't exactly sure if he was mentioning the right thing. It caused him to fumble even more.]

I mean the... the Hands of Decay? Mages... Mages sh-should be able to, to take them...

"Well, the Fayren guardians have been looking for them. The deputy guardian focused so much effort into the search without success that he resigned. I don't think the Hands are really a threat anymore, since it's been so long since they did anything."

"There's still that crazy mass murderer guy though...!"

[It was good to hear that the mage hunters weren't a threat, but...]

M-Mass murderer...?

[granted, he's ten feet tall so she doesn't have much altitude to lose. He catches her gently despite the fact that she was behind him and looks at her]

Well... it seems the fruit are dropping early this year.

[Elize lets go of Teepo. She hadn't seen anyone this big and tall since Jiao. Are they related? While the little princess-type wasn't saying anything, Teepo floats around to say something.]

"What's that supposed to mean?"

... [it's far from the first time he's seen an odd talking animal companion... though they are usually recognizable animals.

...Usually]

You look like a plum...

"Well, I'm not a plum. I'm a one-of-kind high quality plush companion."

"He's Teepo, and I'm Elize."

Ah... my apologies.

Teepo. Elize. [nod]

May I escort you to wherever it is you're going? [he's mildly curious, that's all]

[Yukiko had been going to various places that might sell medicine to check out what would be the best stuff for those who wanted to help, but didn't have any actual healing abilities.

So having left a store near by, carrying a couple of bags when she found herself quickly moving out of the way. What on earth was that? Looking behind her, she could see the UFG: Unidentified Flying Girl.]

You should be careful.

[Elize started to lose control as she moves out of the way. Then, she lets go of Teepo and drops to the ground just as the lady talks to her, and turns to response.]

"I know, I'm sorry."

"It's so fun, though!"

It might be fun, but what if someone then gets hurt?

[It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye or something.]

But this time that didn't happen, so it's okay. Where were you heading to anyway?
