Video! Action! Freeedom!
[So Ace got wopped in the mouth by a newspaper crashing through the window. He has to find that news coo so he can tip him because what great service! He gets to be the first one to read it even around the damp sections.
But he also found something that could not be borne.
A Puppy Prison.
Who would do such a horrible thing?
Well whoever would do it, Ace wouldn't tolerate it.
He takes some time to strategize, and then around 1pm, sends this video out to everyone]
Puppies were meant to be free! I won't let anyone hold them hostage under my watch! No matter what they've done!
[and he throws back his head and howls, a few of the dogs howling with him, before the jail break commences.
And after?]
Who: Ace, a swirling yapping, excitable puppylanch of all ages, shapes and sizes, and you!
What: Chaos! Chaos everywhere! Dogs! Frightened Cats! Poop left in unexpected places! Freedom! Your call!
Where: Anywhere but the Everglades
When: July 17th
Warnings: None at the moment
Notes: Feel free to make your own threads about finding a puppy or two or a dozen without Ace necessarily being involved. Ping me if you want him though.

"I think I'm doing all right. It was scary at first, but everything is going to be okay."
[Her invincible spell never failed her yet.]

[ What a brave girl. Of course it'd be hard not to smile with all of the puppies like this, and interrupting her thought is the big, fluffy puppy jumping onto Adela's lap to lick at her face. ]
"Ack! Hey, you!"
[ In spite of the words being scolding, she's laughing and unable to stop grinning. ]
"Do not interrupt in the middle of a conversation! Bolshy little thing..."
no subject
"Ah! No, wait! Come back, puppies!"
[If only she could call on THE WOOD to construct a pen to hold these puppies in, but she can't let anyone see her use magic.]

Before Adela can really think about it, she reaches a hand out and the metal from a nearby bench is used to try and herd the puppies back to them. It doesn't take long for it to completely encircle the confused dogs, who bark and whine because they can't run forward anymore.
The red head sighs as she wheels over, frowning a little. ]
"Honestly..."
[ And as if nothing weird at all happened she turns back to Sakura, smiling a little. ]
"You all right?"
no subject
[Was that what she thought it was? How else can those benches move so quickly with apparently no human interaction?]
"Was that magic just now?"
no subject
She's tense, trying not to mentally freak out at Sakura's question. Did she just scare the poor girl. ]
"... Yes. It was my magic..."

"Let's fetch those puppies~"
no subject
"Agreed. Perhaps after this more people will volunteer at their shelter to help play with them and keep an eye on them."
no subject
"Where is the shelter? I'll see if I can visit."
[Probably not volunteer as she didn't have any pets.]

[ Ready, and... Open! Adela immediately scoops up a couple of the fast-breakers, and soon she's met with puppy barks and whines as they want to be put down. If only they had leashes! ]
no subject
"A re-purposed prison? I wonder how that works for housing dogs?"
[She still doesn't know where it is, though.]
no subject
[ FORWARD, MARCH! ... Well, maybe not march, but forward ho with all the doggies in tow! ]
no subject
"I think they should be somewhere that's warm and inviting. I don't think a prison can be like that."
no subject
[ And if not... Well, she'll help Ace with the next puppy break-out. ]
no subject
[The puppies must be thirsty by now, too.]

[ ... That building really is intimidating. Maybe the inside will be nicer? They can hope, right? ]
