12: Restlessness (Open Video, Open Action at Garden Park)

[ When the video clicks on it shows Adela in the shade of a tree, sitting on the ground with her wheelchair parked nearby. She seems agitated for some reason, though said reason does become clear soon enough. ]

May I ask of you what you all do to keep active, and if it can be done from a chair or not?

B. Action, Garden Park, Genessia City

[ She puts the communicator away with a sigh, waiting for responses but also just watching people around her. Honestly, it's frustrating. Not that there isn't plenty to do with her work and with the friends she has, but there's still too much she can no longer do that she just wants to.

She's leaning against the tree she's chosen as her rest spot then, looking up at the leaves rustling in the slight breeze and waiting for responses. Of course, someone approaching will get her attention and she'll look to them if they do, but for the most part she kind of wants to be left alone. ]

[ She's quiet for some time, thinking over what Yui is saying before asking more quietly -- almost hesitantly. ]

Is Yoga something that can be done with only one leg, miss? I would not know, but if it is then it may be worth trying.

I should think so. It may be a little different to learn balance and there may be some positions you can't do, but there are a lot that require use of the arms or a single leg for balance. I'll be back!

[ Yui signs off and comes back after about 40 minutes. She wanted to find an article she found in a magazine for her and scan it at the library. Once she's done, she sends the file, which includes an article like this one, though it's obviously from a scanned magazine. ]

I knew I read it somewhere! I had to check the library to find the article since it was a couple of months ago that it was in this magazine. [ It's some Genessia Health magazine. ]

[ Even if she doesn't have her automail yet, it's still useful to look at. The fact that there's parts about strengthening muscles finally prompts a smile from her, and she nods to Yui. ]

I think this should help quite a lot, actually. Thank you for the suggestion, I may just try it sometime -- if I can find space with enough room, that is.
