[Toby flicks on the screen standing behind what looks like a rustic bar.]

Hey. [He sort of sucks at using these stupid video things and he'll always forget to introduce himself.] I'm about to open a place and we're going to have custom beers.

Before that I need people to come taste them and tell me what they like or don't like about them. [He likes to get straight to the point.]

[Without much more to say the video flicks off.]

[OOC: Toby will be at his unopened, unfinished Tavern. For those who come to taste you'll find him standing behind the bar with an annoyed look on his face. There are also a few papers out with menu's listed on them and puns scratched in messy writing next to each item.]

[Right now, fai was in a foul mood, but was trying his hardest to not show it and just continue to get the job going. But the thought of even having a tiny portion of drink seemed like a good enough idea.]

Can I volunteer?

Yeah. I'll have some samples ready for you.

[It isn't hard to tell that Fai needs a drink and while Toby doesn't know the man well, he has been working for him for some time.]

[Fai can't help but smile. He was glad of that at least, even though it doesn't always get him drunk. Which he wondered if that would be a good thing this time or not.]

Just give me an hour, okay?

[And he would be there within an hour.]

[Toby nods.]

Will do.

[He had soon waved, waving happily as he did.]

nice place you got.

[Toby nods at Fai before pour a half glass of beer and placing it on the counter. They aren't open fully and he isn't in a position where he can give people a lot, more so for tastes.]

[He had gone to pick up the glass, taking a sip, letting it linger in his mouth for a moment.]

Hm, Interesting taste, but it makes it seem a little too... bitter, I guess the word could be. [He'd sadly still drink it though if he really had to.]

That's because that's an IPA.

[Its supposed to be bitter.]

Ah, makes sense. Thank you for clearing that one up.

[He drank the rest of it reguardless.]

I have a wheat beer.

[He has less of that one but its less hoppy and as such, less bitter.]

I'll be making a stout too.

I must admit I'm no expert so I must ask what a stout is exactly?

[It's fun to learn about alcohol.]

[Toby points to the dark thick liquid as if encouraging Fai to drink and try it. He can explain it but Toby finds its easier to just let people experiance it. You can't explain an experiance; not fully though he knows many people try too.]

It's a dark beer, usually thick and people compare it to being a meal of it's own.

[A meal of it's own, it was something he started to think as he had down the small thing in one. It was nice to say the least, interesting texture and taste. Was good for the taste buds for him anyway.]

Interesting, but I can understand why some might say that.

It's heavy, I have lighter things too.

[He doesn't know what Fai wants or if he'd rather just try a small sample of each.]

I don't mind, just tasting them after all, correct?

[He knew it wouldn't do anything, but he figured he was helping.]

Yeah.

[Toby lines up a few glasses on the counter and pours about an inch into the bottom of each glass. There are five beers including the one that Fai has already drank. Starting lighter and then turning darker in color with on red in there.]

If you tell me which one you want to try first I can tell you about it.

[he looked at the row, looking at the liquid that was within each one. It was a moment before he pointed to the middle one.]

That one. Tell me about that one.

It's a hefeweizen. It's a type of wheat beer.

[The beer has a greater foam to it's head which is considered important to balance the beer's relatively malty sweetness. Toby's particular brew is a little nutty like a sunflower and would be considered a fall beer.]

Hm, guess I have a lot to learn about beers. Then again I didn't need to learn about beers before now. i just drank because I liked alcohol.

[He gave a small smile, but it was a nice thing to learn about when his mind wasn't on other things.]

[Toby rolls his shoulder in a shrug. He isn't a big talker but he's thinking he ought to get used to it now that he'll be working behind a bar.]

What did you drink?

[Since it clearly isn't beer and those who like alcohol usually know a lot about it. It's those who drank to forget who didn't care about what they put into their bellies. At least that is the traditional consensus.]

Wine mostly, but I was always fond of many different types of alcohol. Although my all time favourite was one from my home world. It was always delicious.

[Okay home world was pretty much a lie, but he considered it as such when he lived there normally for longer and not just because he was trapped for god knows how long.]

You won't be finding any wine here.

I can tell. Your a beer kind of guy. Sometimes it's easy to tell from looking at someone.

Whiskey too.

[He does plan to have the bar stocked with liquor.]

Whiskey is an interesting drink as well. But I can never put my finger on as to why.
