[After listening to the hologram, Aya walked about the vicinity of The Bay, just to make sure all of this was real. Anyone who spots him could see that he's annoyed, and that he was holding a sheathed katana in his hand. It doesn't help that he's clad in all black, including a black trench coat. He looks suspicious, but he's not doing anything violent or out of the ordinary.]

['Is this just another mind trick of Schuldig's?' He hadn't seen him in a while, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't pop up and have fun at his expense. Aya walks the streets cautiously, keeping his eyes open for any hidden enemies.]

[Eventually, he stops and takes out the communication device he found in the box. It doesn't look difficult to use, but he wonders who would give him such a thing if they've been taken against their will? He can't help but think that they want him to develop Stockholm Syndrome or something.]

[The feed opens with a redhead with deep purple eyes that aren't as inviting as one would think they should be. He still looks annoyed, by the way.]

Are we really supposed to be complacent when given money and a phone?

[He was very close to just getting rid of everything in suspicion, but decided against it. Better to use whatever the enemy gives him against them. He at least notices other broadcasts and sees that he may not be alone.]

[He's starting to think Schwarz has nothing to do with this...]

You might try choosing a little less; seems the bulk of your choices have slipped out from under you for the time being. Can't see what you see in it. But please, enjoy the world; there's little else to do for now, unless you mean altruism. That we can always use more of.

Since when is altruism ever in rich supply? [He already knows the answer to that. It's never.] Then that means the hologram isn't really up to date.

[If this place needed more altruism, then that meant it wasn't truly safe.]

About a month or so, which means I'm pretty new here in comparison to others.

I don't know many people too well to say, but it looks like some people have really settled here, but there are others aren't so pleased with their situation.

But my grandmother always said that we should count our blessings wherever we are, and make the most of what we are fortunate to have.

The hologram must have turned cynical, last I checked. Truthfully I'd say the decent outnumber the indecent 10-1. All of our villains are outmatched, typically. Unless you're the kind who divides between those in the world and those of it; then the ratio turns black.

Still, if you mean it, there's a few things to keep you occupied.
