[Seems Raye's recovered from her injuries. She's not relying on a crutch anymore, her complexion is healthy, and she's even slightly breathless from chasing down a litterbug and beating him over the head with her broom. That'll teach him to toss his empty soda can on the temple grounds! ...But right, business.]
Hey, everyone. My name is Raye. Some of you know me, some don't. If you're new, feel free to ask me questions about this place. I'll answer what I can, but I don't know everything, so don't get rude if I can't tell you exactly what you want to know.
[She folds her arms in warning, halfway to a frown. But then she smiles and relaxes.]
It's a little late in the season, but the temple grounds are now open to the public. I thought it'd be fun to have a cherry viewing party. Bring a blanket, a picnic lunch, and your friends. The weather should be good on Sunday, so that's when we'll have it. See you then!
[Private to Jaune]
Hey. Sorry I've been quiet for so long. I've been...a lot more irritable than usual, and I didn't want to blow up at you for something dumb. How've you been?

Hey. Sorry I've been quiet for so long. I've been...a lot more irritable than usual, and I didn't want to blow up at you for something dumb. How've you been?
[Action]
[And there's a Ryoga.]
[She blinks, her brow furrowed in a mix of confusion and concern. He looks completely worn out.]
Can I help you?
[Action]
[Still gathering his breath, give him a second.]
Am I in Japan?
[He's going to rest his palms on his knees for now. It'll take all of a couple minutes for him to catch his breath.]
[Action]
[Raye shakes her head, regarding the young man with increased curiosity.]
That's where I'm from, though. Nice to meet someone else from the same place. ...Do you want some water?
[Action]
[Someone outside the group of people he already knew. It wasn't particularly comforting since apparently this was still Genessia.]
[And the water.] If it's not too much trouble.
[Action]
[Raye confirms this with a light nod of her head. Then she turns, heading for the side of the shrine.]
I'll be right back, sit tight.
[Rounding the building, she fetches her pail and dipper. A few cranks of the pump, and she fills her bucket before bringing it around to Ryoga. She offers him the dipper.]
My name is Raye. How about you? What part of Japan are you from?
[Seems like the rest of him could use some cooling off too. She raaaaaaaaises the dipper...]
[Action]
The lost boy waited patiently for the return of the shrine priestess.]
Thank you! [Genuinely grateful.]
I guess you could say I'm from Tokyo too. [But only part of the time.]
[Action]
[She smiles, though she doubts they're from the same Japan. Not unless he's heard of Sailor Moon or Sailor V. And there's no way she can ask him something like that without arousing suspicion concerning her secret identity.]
What's your name?
[Action]
a bitemotional.Oh right the water, he'll sample it to avoid being rude.]
Hibiki Ryoga. Yours?
[Action]
Hino Rei. Nice to meet you, Ryoga.
[No need to be formal, right?]
How long have you been in Genessia?
[Action]
I'm...not sure. Not very long? [A few weeks. It was hard to tell when you're lost all the time.]
Have you been here for long?
[Action]
[She folds her arms with a huffed sigh. But it's not like it's ALL bad, she supposes.]
Come sit down on the steps. Rest as long as you need to, the temple's a good place for that sort of thing.
