I also have specific rules about how I like breakfast food.
Bacon slightly more crispy than chewy but not burnt or over cooked, eggs over medium, bacon instead of sausage, and cereal & milk is amazing.

Personally, I find myself particularly fond of Nohrian-style -- pardon me, I believe "Western-style" the most analogous term -- dishes.

[Still gotta get used to that.]

But if the dish is cooked well enough, I'll enjoy it regardless. In terms of ingredients, I'm especially partial to fish and whole milk.

It's important to do that with any meat dish. It's an insult to food when you can't taste the main ingredient, even if it's still in there. It's important to bring its flavor out no matter what else you do to it.

No junk food? You don't make it easier for me. Hm...I will say my favorite is deserts and pastries. The quality of the sugar, milk, and cream will make all the difference.

I also happen to like American, Italian, and Indian. [As an added thought.] For the curries.

Junk food isn't something anyone should be eating. It's less food and more 'whatever I can cram in my mouth until I get an actual meal so I don't starve.' It shouldn't be anyone's favorite unless they're tasteless.

The rest are good choices though. I make a pretty excellent curry. I got the highest score in a competition's preliminaries with a curry theme, actually.
