[ The first thing evident when the feed turns on appears to be nothing more than something red and gold being tossed up and down for a moment, followed by a hum and the camera is shifted upward to show the owner’s face. Karma’s wearing a lazy smile, holding up the necklace he’d arrived with. ]

Well. That was quite the little speech there. Bravo to the little lady for getting her message across loud and clear.

[ Spoken in his normal casual drawl, Karma twirled the necklace around one finger in an almost careless manner with his gaze fixed straight ahead. ]

I get that these things are supposed to be some kind of important deal, but I can’t say I understand why I’d need them to be seen as ‘real’. I’m right here, aren’t I? Either way, I guess I’m here to stay now by the sounds of it but I’m not really liking that idea so far.

[ His expression shifts just a touch, his smile edged to reflect his unhappiness as he ceased his toying of the necklace to clench it solely in one hand and exhaling a soft, almost irritated sigh. ]

Just know that I don’t intend to just sit by like some docile animal. That’s no fun at all so try to make things exciting here, won’t you?

This place is rather lacking, it's a place that's neither hopeful nor despairing. The hope people have here is weak to say the least.

It's rather boring... even with the few murders that happened. I don't think they were good enough to inspire hope.

But, I guess thank you for the offer? I'm not really sure what someone like me would actually do with such a thing though. Trash like me has no place to really tell anyone what to do or think or feel.

If that kind of thing should want to inspire hope, they've gotta be a lot worse or at least something that hits home to them or whatever.

[ It's a good idea to watch him, really. He's a lot less insane and apt to act without reason than he used to be, but it doesn't make him any less of a general threat. Not that it means he was about to go all stabby and kill people though; beat them up, sure, but not kill. ]

I hate to be the one to say it but I do prefer fantasy over all that sci-fi stuff.

If it's fantasy then Fayren or Everglade might be interesting for you. One is like an RPG, and one is like a supernatural horror movie.

[ After all. A friend of his called him that, using that suffix quite regularly with him so of course he wouldn't be bothered by someone else using it. Conforming to normal rules of society wasn't like him anyway, which was also why he had no shame in getting the other to use his first name instead. ]

Both do sound intriguing so i'll have to check them out at one point. Possibly the latter one first as i'd like to see things for myself first hand.

But, it's also probably the more interesting as far as things going on. There were some murders not long ago.

Oh it is! I wanted to investigate them, but it's a little hard to do on your own. No one wanted to go with me so I had to put a pause on it.
