[Fai stretched slightly as he moved to quickly tie his hair up while the feed was on. The pokemon he was looking after were all happily playing in the background without a care in the world. One he was sure that his hair was neatly in place, he finally moved to pick up the device.]

Hi all. I'm firstly want to apologize for not being around as much the past month or so. Work got busy and I had to focus on that. Then I moved to an Apartment in Everglade so I can actually take breaks instead of the rare chance I can get home to rest.

[He was getting better at balancing between work and actually taking a break now.]

Admittedly right now I just want to have a nice drink and a chat with people sometime whenever they want it. [He smiled slightly.]

That's all I really wanted to say. I'm not dead in a ditch somewhere, I'm alive and slowly getting back into getting the right balance of work and taking a break.

I am glad to hear that you are all right and that you are still here, Fai. It is good to hear from you again.

[ Adela's replying from the garage, smiling and waving a little before her hands go back to working on something. She'll be looking up periodically to still talk to him, but she's not exactly supposed to be on a break right now so even if she wants to talk to Fai, she's got to get work done on a certain project. ]

It has been quite some time... How has everything been with you?

It's good to be able to talk to someone longer than a couple of minutes.

[Now he has everything in line at least.]

Everything is fine for the moment at least. I managed to catch up with everything after all.

[ Considering all that's happened with Everglade... It's no surprise that he's been busy. Again she'll pause for the time being, wanting to share her own good fortune with him in the hopes that it'll help brighten his own mood as well -- it seemed to with several others, so why not Fai too? ]

I have recently had my leg attached, by the way. Learning to walk with it is difficult, but it has happened at long last -- that I can stand on my own two feet again.

[It was enough to get a smile out of him at least and it was enough to give him pause to think of something. What that something was, will be mentioned soon at least.]

That's great. Good to know that you are doing okay and that slowly but surely your moving past things. Though this does mean I need to do something.

[It was just going to be some baking stuff when he had the time, but it was still something.]

I believe I know where it is. So I'll make sure to pop over.

Though I must ask if you have a favourite food? Seems like an odd question, but I am always curious about what people like.

Uhm... I am not certain I have a favourite, there is still so much that I have to try. Why do you ask?

Curious. Usually people have something they enjoy befor they are adults. Although it changes throughout life.

Like for me I liked alcohol more than anything, but while I still do now I have other things I prefer.

Well, it is more that I have tried so many more new things on arriving here... I suppose if I had to say there was something I truly liked, it is wine.

It is not something I have often anymore, but I would often make it with my uncle and we would have it with evening meals. It was nice, or so I like to believe at least.

Wine is a good drink. It's usually my first choice of alcoholic beverage.

But I will say at least for me wine is nice. Can't say for other people though.

Well, it is for me as well.

It's a favourite drink in a way, but still considered a favourite something.
