It is that time of year again. Halloween and the nights leading up to it can be dangerous. Hoodlums, pranks, and [he turns a page] revealing costumes.
Keep safe as you walk the streets, especially in the Everglades... Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it.

And if any young lady thinks their costume may be too revealing, I encourage them to run them by me. I used to be master of dress code in my rookie days with the Marines. [it's not made up as it's a title he gave himself when he was high enough a rank to do so]
