3rd Campaign [Action] Backdated April 15th
Who: Satsuki Kiryuin (and anyone who wants to bother her), Mitsuru Kirijo.
What: Two of these teens belong together, two of these teens are kind of the same.
Where: A tea shop, Genessia
When: April 15th
It's been about a month and Satsuki's head is pounding. Every day it's been reading, more reading, then re-reading, all somehow balanced with keeping up with her training as well as trying to get her life together.
She has a feeling her efforts aren't for naught, at least. The Student Council President does feel that she's getting somewhere in her investigating, but to prevent herself from falling too deep down the rabbit hole she's forced herself to take another break- which brings her to the tea shop that Uzu had taken her the month prior to this.
The sensation of relaxation there can't be compared to a nice hot cup of tea back at home, but it'll have to do. Sheathed sword in hand, she pushes the door open and is greeted by the familiar scent of brewing tea, which almost brings a smile to her lips. Almost.
"Lady Kiryuin. A pleasure to see you again," greets a familiar-looking young waiter with a slightly nervous smile. It's more than just his eyes on her, though, since there always seems to be a magnificentpresence light behind her when she makes an entrance. "If you'd just give us just a moment, we'll have your table ready for you."
"Mmn." Satsuki approvingly replies, and rests the tip of her sheathed sword upon the entrance's rug, hands placed atop the handle.
(OOC: Anyone else who wants to talk to Satsuki may enter under the assumption she's already been seated.)

"I suppose."
She replied giving the girl a pleasant smile.
"There is nothing that I haven't accomplished. I am certain your conditions will be reasonable and doable."
She replied giving the other an unchanging expression.
no subject
"I am Satsuki Kiryuin, student council president of Honnoji Academy located in Japan. My mother is the CEO of Revocs Corporation." She waits a moment for that to sink in, then gestures to Mitsuru.
no subject
The heiress replied giving the girl a pleasant smile while she said that, "Yes, I suppose that would be best."
The redhead replied nodding her head to Satsuki's words.
"Kirijo, Mitsuru, heir to the Kirijo Group and 1st year at Gekkoukan High School located on Tatsumi Port Island, Japan. I am also part of the Fencing Club."
She's also the future student president of Gekkoukan High School.
"I see. So you are also of a powerful class."
no subject
It's about this time teacups are set and tea poured, the server bows then quickly goes along their way.
"Somewhat; it does not carry over here, sadly. What I am getting at is that while many of us are from Japan, we appear to come from different times or even realities altogether."
no subject
She replied giving the older woman a nod of her head. She thanked the waiter for the tea as she took the tea and sipped it slowly.
"Unfortunately, it does not seem to be the case. Yes, it seems like fate has enjoyed playing with different realities."
no subject
"'Playing'.. That is one way of looking at it, yes. It would seem we are expected to settle here all the same."
no subject
"I would not be opposed to giving you information in the future. I would also like to know about Revoc's Corporation." she replied giving the girl a decently pleasant smile.
"At the moment, it seems rather off topic. Perhaps, the future would be a better decision. Yes, more or less. Shall we get along while we are here?"
no subject
Or rather, it's the wording that catches her by surprise.
"I.." beat "Feel that would be acceptable. Ah, beneficial. Sure." A little flustered, Satsuki clears her throat in an effort to quickly regain her composure. "With that said, I am willing to answer whatever questions you may have, Mitsuru Kirijo."
no subject
"Indeed. Perhaps something good will come of it," she replied offering her smile again.
"That would be very much appreciated. I would like to know a little more about this world than the basics. I've seen a few things and browsed the library, but I assume the best information would be from someone else in the same position."
no subject
She really hasn't the slightest idea. She decides to be cautious and try not to reveal too much; despite the red-head claims to have done her homework. Quite impressive!
"A reasonable conclusion, but not entirely correct. It seems few are aware of more than the basics, as the digging can be quite time intensive. Fortune's smiled upon you today." Satsuki replies, "I suppose the first thing I should mention is that we are in a world that does not appear to be related to our own; a world maintained by a higher power. We are essentially to remain here until we have fulfilled our goals."
no subject
Well, Mitsuru certainly wouldn't be lying about her acquired knowledge of course. She does what she can to protect herself and her current team.
"Have you an idea of what those goals are or could possibly be?"
She replied folding her arms again, "Or are we required to seek this ourselves?"
She paused a moment before adding, "Then assuming that this is different from our own realities, is it also safe to assume that everything from our own time will remain unchanged until we return?"
no subject
She waits for the confirmation, then continues, "There seems to be a problem with Genessia, one that we are unable to see with our eyes. I have reason to believe something within ourselves is the key to resolving that problem. Once we have done that, I believe the opportunity to turn home will reveal itself. But in a way you are right, we are somewhat required to seek this ourselves. I have decided to take the responsibility of getting that theory in motion."
"On a side note, you may have heard that there are items called charms in this world. If one collects four, they will be granted a wish- But the wish cannot be to artifically fix the problem. Still, it may still have it's own uses." she says, "And yes, I have reason to believe our own times will remain unchanged."
no subject
She replied nodding her head to the younger woman. She listened to Satsuki fill her in with the information.
"I see. In short, we must seek answers for ourselves in some way or form while knowing of this information. I see. Charms hmmm?"
That sounds like a treasure hunt of sorts. She would hope they would be useful and then Satsuki answered he question about them being useful in which grants wishes. How intriguing.
"I see you have gathered quite a lot of information, Kiryuin-san."
no subject
There's quite a bit more to tell, but she doesn't want to reveal it to Mitsuru just yet. She can't help but be cautious, even though the red-head is starting to grow on her. Can't be too careful.
She then actualy smiles a little in response to the final comment, "Well, I suppose you could say it's in my nature, on top of a bit of paranoia. It took some time to obtain it.." She'll introduce Mitsuru to her source one day, she thinks. "But in it's simplest form, I believe productivity is most important. The items we are given suggest that much."
"I know it is rather cliche to say that all it takes is 'hard work', but I believe through that, communication, and a few other factors, we will obtain the ability to perceive our answer."
no subject
The young heir replied nodding her head to Satsuki's approval. Negotiations was always something she excelled at, considering her family's line of business and such things of that sort. It is always safe to be cautious and Mitsuru is aware of that. She was not going to betray the little trust she had at the moment.
"I see, well I certainly will return the favour in the near future. If you require my assistance for anything in the future, please do tell me. Think of it as a trade for the information that you have provided me, Kiryuin-san."
"It is the truth. There is nothing we can say beyond this point, even if it is cliched."
no subject
"That is quite generous of you.. I appreciate that." she murmurs with a small smile. "I have noticed several situations in which combat skills have proven useful in resolving some of the citizen's issues. Do you possess any combat ability?"
no subject
"You are welcome. I always kindly return favours."
She replied pleasantly smiling at Satsuki.
"Yes, I have learned fencing most of my life. I can use it in the battlefield."
She nodded her head, "There is also one more thing I can do, but that will be discussed when we are on better terms. I hope you understand."
no subject
One more thing? Consider Satsuki's curiosity piqued, but she seems to let it go easily enough, "I respect that, and would do the same in your position. After all, it is unwise to place all of your cards on the table at first meeting. As for your favor, I intend to turn that in once my goal is achieved."
"I plan to find a way to open a school here in Genessia as a means to get everyone to work together and discover some answers." .. Amongst other things, but that is a secret.
no subject
The redhead replied giving Satsuki a confident smile.
"I would be pleased to assist you with fencing if you so choose to do it, Kiryuin-san."
She mused giving the girl a promising look. Mitsuru would like to reveal that, but for now it will be in wraps until she can prove that Satsuki was worth trusting, "It sounds perfect. We can negotiate the terms much later. If not, I will arrange something."
She added.
"I see, perhaps I can be of assistance. My family sponsors my high school."
no subject
"That is perfectly acceptable."
Now the difficult part is hoping that Mitsuru can be sold on her vision. It is admittadly a more controversial one, but again only time will tell.
"I would hope so. I do not have the groundwork laid out just yet, nor do I have a sponsor and resources for my idea. But once I do, I shall contact you." she replies, "But that is interesting, the same goes for the academy that I attended. I wonder, how strict would you say your school's discipline system is?"
no subject
"Good. We'll arrange it on that then, Kriyuin-san."
She replied crossing her hands again.
"I suppose I can assist with whatever you wish to use as the groundwork for this education system that you are setting up," she replied and then adding to the question, "I suppose Gekkoukan High School is a rather strict environment. Students are expected to perform exponentially. Those who do not, must attend extra classes and those who want to excel attend summer courses. Of course, the Student Council is quite strict as well making sure that students follow rules and not slack off."
no subject
"That is what I was hoping; again your offer is most appreciated, Miss Kirijo. It's a shame many denizens are not as disciplined and dutiful as yourself- then we might not all be in this mess as long." And it's then she noticed the cup has gone untouched, so she gestures to it. "I suppose that is enough of that; give your tea a try and tell me what you think of it."
no subject
Order and organization are also something that is needed in such a place, "I certainly hope that won't be the case, but you are flattering me. You seem to have a good head on your own shoulders, Kiryuin-san."
The redhead added as compliment, "Yes, certainly."
She nodded her head.
no subject
The Council President seems to brush off the compliment with a somewhat humble shrug.
There's a moment of silence as she ponders where to go from this point, and the smile on her face steadily fades into a more neutral expression. Maybe her cheeks were hurting. "Is your housing situation settled?"
no subject
She replied nodding her head to Satsuki. She seemed pleased with the terms. Whatever may happen in the future, she would make sure to take some responsibility for it.
"Yes. I am currently staying with my allies. They seem to have no issues with me being there."
no subject
It's difficult to discern by her expression if it is good or bad news she has received, but she looks to the younger teen as she gets to her feet, "My apologies, but I am afraid I must be on my way. It has been quite a pleasure Mitsuru Kirijo." She then offers her hand to shake.
no subject
She replied. She didn't make any further comments because Satsuki got a message somewhere. The redhead nodded her head as she was told the next set of words, "It's quite alright. I should also see myself out. I do not wish to concern my allies. Please, take care Kiryuin-san. Hopefully, we will see each other in the future."
She replied smiling.
"It was indeed pleasure as well, Kiryuin-san."
