Action
Who: Yuna and You
What: Yuna waking up confused and disoriented.
Where: Outside the Bay
When: April 25th
When Yuna had fallen into that hole, not by choice but by accident, she wasn't exactly sure where she would end up when she blacked out. She'd find out soon enough as she opened her eyes and surveyed her surroundings she really wasn't expecting to wind up in a place like this. For a moment, she hadn't a clue where she was. It didn't look like anything that belonged in Spira that was for sure. She had been certain she had been almost everywhere.
Getting out of the pod, making sure the things she had awoken with where safely kept with her while she read the leaflet. It gave her a name at least and one she didn't recognize. So was not this not Spira any more? Were her friend no longer here? As these thought crept over her head she had started to make her way outside while at the same time trying to figure out the device. After all it looked very odd to her and was unsure of how it worked. For those in the vicinity would notice her looking around, confused and unsure of what to do next.
"Guys... Where are you?"

"Guys... Where are you?"

"That's right and It's nice to meet you Lucy, I'm Yuna." She said being as polite as possible because after all, even if one was in a new and strange place it's better to be polite.

"I'm...not exactly sure what questions it might not answer. I mean this is sudden, so I guess the first thing I'll have to do is get on my feet. Would you know how?"
no subject
"Sure! The people here, whoever they are, they make arrangements for newcomers to have an apartment in the Genessia Apartment complex, and gave you enough money for the first month, but you'll have to get a job after that, for starters."
no subject
"It's terrible to be pulled from one place to another, but I wonder why?" She asked most curious to know the reasons, if any. But at the mention of getting a job she started to wonder a few things, or at least what could one do exactly?
"Get a job? I have worked before, but never for money. Would you happen to know what would be god for a beginner?"
no subject
"Well...I have a few ideas, but.. you say you worked before? What kind of work did you do?"
no subject
"Well before I arrived here I was a sphere hunter. We hunted spheres that had our worlds history on it, or things that one might like to see." Like in Yuna's case one that contained a clip of someone she knew.. at least she thought it was him, she wasn't sure about it.
Pausing once more she wondered if she should mention her being a summoner before that, but she wouldn't really call that a job, more her duty at the time.

She could do that, easily. She hoped she could here anyway. After all how bad could they be?

Lucy nodded with a grin, "Right. At least that's if you don't want a job in one of the stores, like cooking, or cashier or something. I don't think I could do a job like that for too long myself - it would be too boring compared to the missions my team and I go on normally."

"I already know the type of groups I know aren't exactly the same, but I would like to know what other kinds of things exist."

"It sounds like you enjoy it, I guess you also made a lot of good friends there to?"

The Gullwings were somewhat like that to her. So were her friends who had helped her in her journal two years ago... especially him.
"I'd like to see it someday, maybe when I'm settled in."

"Great so... I suppose the first thing I would need to do is find a place to settle, correct?"

“Hey there!” He shouted from his spot in the tree. He waved his arm some to catch her attention. He thought about leaving her be, but she could probably use someone to talk to.
“Welcome to Genessia!” He shouted next. He wasn’t completely sure if the girl was actually new to the place or not, but from how disorientated she looked, and the fact that she was near the Bay, he figured it was safe to say that she might be. He knew when he first arrived, it was pretty jarring to just suddenly be tossed into a new place without any sort of real warning at all.

But it was all real and by now she had started to accept that. She wasn't in Spira any more and she had no idea when she would be again. It worried her slightly, especially with what things were going on.
When she heard the voice she had been wondering for the past thirty minute, unsure of what to do with herself next, but now she had something. Looking around before she looked onto the tree now she could see who she was suppose to. The one who spoke to her.
"Ah, hello there." She said raising a hand to her head to get a better look. "Are you a native to Genessia? I'm just trying to find out more about it and I was hoping you would know."
no subject
“Nope. Not a native to this place.” Sun wraps his tail around the tree branch and then he hangs upside down upon it facing her. He was more so at eye level while hanging like this.
“I was brought here just like you. And a bunch of other people as well.” He’d been here for at least a couple of months, but most of the people that he knew had been here for longer than him.
“We all wake up in the same pod thing that you were in and we are all given that money and pamphlet of info.” It wasn’t the best welcoming present that whoever ran this place could have given them, but it was better than nothing at all.

Once he had finished talking she looked at him, still finding the fact he was handing upside down from a tree to be a little odd, but not something she would be upset about at least. In fact she found it quite interesting.
"So we are meant to use that money for a reason am I correct in guessing?"
no subject
“But it’ll only last you so long. You’ll need to get a job or find some other kind of way to earn money, unless you don’t mind not eating or living on the street.” Or stealing food, that was always an option. Or bullying the natives into giving them things. That wasn’t someone Sun himself had done, but he wouldn’t doubt that there were off worlders like them that had done just that.
no subject
"oh, so work is something I must do here." She said clasping her hands together, it certainly would be something new to her to get a job that paid. "Would you be so kind as to tell me where I could find some kind of employment?"

Gabriel had watched this young woman quietly peek around the bay before coming into the new world. He had been keeping more to himself lately, but it was always fun watching new arrivals.
Right now, he was just sitting cross legged on the ground, frowning at her with a red sucker.

"I'm sorry, I guess I could ask if you've seen my friends? They go by the names of Rikku and Paine"
haha i am so ridiculously sorry. feel free to drop me off the earth

"The best of friends, of course."
