I apologize ahead of time if I end up sounding foolish; I do not consider myself proficient in talk of magic. I have gems that need a rune each engraved into them.

Would that be considered an enchantment?

I am currently in possession of seven gemstones, and they need a specific rune engraved upon each one. I do not believe activation would be necessary.
