NEWSPAPER - BIWEEKLY EDITION
[Did you subscribe to The Genessia Tribune? Did you even remotely wish you had a newspaper or some other form of media to refer to for news, weather, and current events? Then you're in luck! There's a paperboy riding through the streets of Genessia flinging newspapers onto doorsteps or, if you're unlucky, through your window. Even remote locations in the other cities will still get a paper if one of the residents ever wanted one. The Paperboy is just that dedicated.]

Magic Glitch
At least four incidents have occurred in Fayren over the past few weeks. The incidents were caused by mages who appear to be experiencing fluctuations in their magic. Speaking to the mages, their experiences were all the same. One moment they can’t muster the magic to do a spell and the next their power is turned up higher than they are used to.
One incident involved casting a fire related spell when their magic was turned up. It caused an explosion as well as their house to catch fire and burn down. Another involved a local magic teacher instructing a student on how to properly perform a lightning spell. Their magic dropped and when it was turned back up, they cast the spell and hit several students in their class.
Investigations into the reason behind this are underway. More information as we have it.
The Protectors
Director Kwe Troll will be releasing a made for TV movie this upcoming weekend called Protectors. It stars a group of five people who are part of a league. They each protect a sector of the city that they live in. But when an alien menace threatens life in their city, they have to come together and figure out how to work as a team.
The main characters are Keiss Sharee, Davied Keller, Tai C. Klourite, Catori Romeiji and Haze. Each has their own unique ways of doing things, which leads to all five clashing. The director has hinted that a romance between Keiss and Tai may play a part in the movie as well as some twists and turns no one will expect. He’s also mentioned how proud he is of his work and he can’t wait until it airs.
The Puzzle Corner is a new section in the paper that gives its readers a chance to win prizes. There will be puzzles, brainteasers or the like listed below. Answering one will net you a prize. Only one puzzle can be solved per reader. (Just comment to the paper with your answer.)

Express Delivery: Three bombs have been received by three separate people. Not much can be gathered from the remains of the package, except that they weren't delivered by the postal service. A level 3 payment is being offered to anyone that can find the person responsible.
Nova City
The Toy Creator: An engineer has replaced a large number of mass produced toys with his own version. The toys all look the same, except the ones that he's created come to life and go on a killing spree in the middle of the night. A level 2 payment is being offered to anyone that can capture him.
Everglade
Drowned: Several dead bodies have been found in the waters in Everglade. Each body had a heavy stone tied to it to keep the body from surfacing, but a chain breaking has revealed one body, with the rest being discovered shortly after. A level 2 payment is being offered to anyone that can find the person responsible.
Fayren
What Remains – Three of the explorers that discovered the ruins have been corrupted by them and turned into Wraiths. One has been claimed. But two still remain. Beluar and Kindroth. Their families would like their remains so that they can bury them. A level 1 payment is being offered to anyone that can put them to rest.

A small fire broke out in a bar in Everglade after a bar fight. At least two are dead and others injured. Eyewitnesses claim that a human attacked a non-human during a verbal argument. Just as tensions seems to be kept under a lid, things have begun to boil over once again. The undead and non-human rights issue will no doubt come to the fore once again, at the latter still feels the pangs of inequality.
