✛ 1st Circle ✛ Accidental Video
[The feed opens in darkness. Pitch black. There were no movements visible nor sounds audible. Soon there were grey swirls pushing against the feed which soon revealed a very foggy setting. The borders of old houses can now be seen, but it was simply too dark to identify the location. The iron streetlamps were sparsely spread throughout what seemed to be an old cobblestone street. These lamps barely lit the foggy horizon but showed the complete lack of citizens roaming the streets.]
[A few moments later, the streetlamps flickered rapidly - alarming the people of an impending danger. Then there was a loud thud upon the streets, which reduced the street into rubble and dust. The loud exploding sound upon something or someone's impact shook the very ground and caused ravens surrounding the scene to go wild.
In the middle of all the chaos was a lone figure. His body was wrapped with the darkest linen and blackest leather. Behind him were four powerful ebony wings which were now slowly folding into his back. Silver eyes examining the immediate horizon before he started moving once more. Then the feed turns pitch black once more.]
****
[The feed turns on a few moments later, now facing a sizable old mansion. Its walls were fed on by mounds of ivy and the gates creaked eerily upon opening. The feed slowly made its way closer to the front door.
A silver-haired wolf prevented the further movement of the feed closer to the house. There was a werewolf gnashing its sharp teeth towards the feed as if trying to protect its territory.]
Quiet you mongrel!
[The voice was soft but resonated with authority. Upon the order the werewolf cowered towards the floor. The feed lowered, as if following the movement of a person kneeling down. A leather glove reached for its head and petted it. The large wooden door opened behind the werewolf and revealed a dusty old mansion. It seemed to be habitable with a decent amount of ornate furniture.
Then there was an abrupt movement which led to the feed falling upon the floor. It revealed the face of a man with half his face partially covered by a black leather mask. His left eye showing off a crude incision crossing both his lids. An incision which seemed new and untreated.]
Didn't know I left you on.
[His voice was muffled by the mask on his face, but it was a lot lighter than it was earlier. His eyes crinkling, as if smiling. A habit he's learned during the time he was Kira. There was no need to gain unnecessary attention. Not in a world which he wasn't sure had none of his influence.]
I hope I didn't scare any of you. I'll be living here from now on it seems. Let's get along.
[Then the feed ends once more.]

[Every action, every minute movement, had Kira's undivided attention.]
Got the deed for my new home. What's it to you?
no subject
[Unless he bought something incredibly cheap and rundown and...okay, yeah, that's about half the houses here in Everglade, but she knows he didn't come here just to be a stereotypical suburbanite.]
Are you going to tell the truth?
no subject
Haven't I been telling you the truth since you've been checking me out?
no subject
[That earns an indignant stomp of her foot. Yeah, she's too angry to be scared.]
no subject
Sure. It's not like you were picturing me butt naked, right?
no subject
[Even if he weren't radiating loads of bad vibes, her opinion definitely wouldn't improve after a remark like that.]
Tell me why you're here, and why you're giving off so many creepy vibes! And you'd better be straight with me, I'll know if you're lying.
no subject
[Have a sexy smile and a knowing wink. It's the truth after all. He hasn't done anything yet.]
Why are you talking like my mother?
[If he even had a mother to begin with.]
no subject
Look, I know what kind of person you are. I'm warning you not to start any trouble, because I'll be watching!
no subject
[Now, he's interested.]
Is that a threat?
no subject
[Raye glowers sharply.]
We don't exactly need more trouble around here, we've got enough as it stands!
no subject
This place seems to be filled with many people playing nice. At least, too nice for my taste.
no subject
[Raye stiffens.]
Tastes like that don't belong here.
no subject
[Cold silver eyes examined the woman before him. There are simply too many girls of this kind in these cities. Was this some sort of post-apocalypse program punishment?]
Says who? Are you telling me you will stop me, woman?
no subject
[This is probably a good spot for her to stomp off, she thinks, so she turns to do just that.]
no subject
[This girl had some guts to turn away from Lucifer. Him who all heaven fear and hated.]
You have guts, I'll give you that.
[But does he respect her enough to accept her leave? No.]
[While he spoke, hungry wing-like black shards rose from where she stood. They were made of the darkest and sharpest metal which he fashioned himself. Same weapon he used to kill Metatron. Quickly, the blades reached for her legs, her abdomen and her arms. He made sure vital organs would be avoided while inflicting maximum torment and pain.]
no subject
You cowardly creep! Take this!
[She dashes at him, aiming to slap the strip of paper on his forehead. Against someone this strong, she doubts it'll do much good. If it DOES succeed in holding him, that'll give her enough time to get away and transform.]
no subject
[There was a raised brow when he noticed that ofuda strip and he let it land on his forehead. Perhaps if he was one of the evils that lived in Gehenna, that strip would have worked. But it didn't even leave a single prick of pain in him.]
[He felt mocked. So he mocked her in return. He dropped to his knees like an old man and started yelling in pain, though he was smiling as he did it.]
The pain. The agony. The torture..
I could see a white light...
[Then he shot her a cold gaze.]
Was that supposed to work that way?
no subject
[Change of plans: kick him in the face and run. She shifts her weight before pivoting, a long leg lashing out to strike his handsome face. If the charm won't work, maybe more old-fashioned methods will.]
no subject
[Vanity was a sin, wasn't it? Perhaps he enjoyed too much the glory of seeing her shocked face that he didn't anticipate she'd throw that kick on his precious and immaculate face. It didn't hurt, but his pride was certainly bruised by the inflicted kick.]
You bastard!
[His tone was not that of an angered man, but instead, it maintained its cold indifference. Shortly after, he shot a projectile of dark flame towards her when she was a few steps away from him.
He just arrived and perhaps it was still too early to inflict too much pain. So the moment the flame ran hungrily towards the girl, he immediately disappeared in a puff of smoke. He'll just have to make sure to monitor that cheeky woman from now on.]
