[ There's a young man settling himself down in front of the camera as the feed begins - those who have been there might recognize the location as a room inside the house where a majority of the former inhabitants of Remnant are staying. His posture is upright, hands folded neatly in his lap as he crosses one leg over the other. ]
Good afternoon! I hope this day finds you all well. My name is Whitley Schnee - and yes, for those who have made the connection, Weiss is my dear older sister. I've only just arrived a short while ago, but should anyone need assistance or advice with their finances I'll be happy to lend my aid. I see there's quite a bustling economy in this world, and I've had some experience in the realm of business dealings. As for what I need...
[ A pause, as he laughs with a little smile. ]
The name and address of a good tailor would be sensational. I'm afraid my wardrobe didn't make the journey with me.

Unfortunately I know not of many tailors in particular, but perhaps there are at least stores that will have clothes in your size in the meanwhile? It might not be the finest in the world, but the clothing there should do well enough until you can find what you seek.
[Text]
Luckily, a few tailors have approached me already - though I have yet to see their wares. Still, progress is progress.
Have you been well, since the dance?
[Text]
Not as well as I would like to say sadly, given recent circumstance. I would rather leave it at that.
And you? Aside from finding Miss Weiss, and not speaking with Miss Winter just yet.
[Text]
Relatively well. I'm employed as the branch manager of the Schnee Company for the time being, but my living accommodations are taking some getting used to. I've never had to share a room before.
[Text]
I suppose companies like that are prevalent in several different worlds. I must admit even after so long here the concept is still quite foreign to me.
[Text]
[ Nora doesn't do anything quietly. ]
The concept of... business, in general?
[Text]
Do not misunderstand, we did still have barter and trade for coin, but nothing quite like the companies I have seen here. The structure companies here seem to hold is what is so strange about it to me. It could be that such structure is in the future of my world, and we have simply not reached that point yet.

This could be a valuable learning experience for you.
[Text]
I admit I tend to be more interested in the technology itself, its craftsmanship, and how it functions as opposed to any kind of business structure, else I would not have learned what I have in my time here.

Everyone plays their part.

[Text] As I flail at her A+ life choices there Adela...
[ Given their interactions at the ball she's already gotten the impression that he ranks similarly to nobility of some sort, so she won't say anything on that.
However, another text does come after a minute, one that Whitley might find surprising. ]
Thank you for conversing with me, Whitley. It might not seem like much to you, but it has cheered me somewhat.
[Text] conversing with whitley schnee is in and of itself an A+++ life choice
... No offense. ]
I'm glad to have relieved your distress a bit, whatever it may be.
[Text] But is it really?
Thank you. Please take care.
