[There are days that Icy enjoys being mean in front of the cameras and today was one of the days. Wherever she was, it was not obvious, however it was at least clear she was sitting on something, one leg crossed over the over. Her blue finger nails brushing up against her cheek.]

A short while back, something amused me. It wasn't the hilarious reactions of people who got angry over being stabbed in the back. Which was fun, but at the same time it was over a major loser. Not even worth it. Much better killers and such out there who have done much worse than what that pathetic waste of space could have ever hoped to dream.

Oh, but that's right they didn't do anything to you, so it's perfectly okay, right?

[She shrugs slightly.]

It's why you people amuse me, so many of you are so hypocritical it's laughable. So many people get hurt and you don't bat an eyelid, but the moment 'heaven forbid' someone you know gets hurt you want to seek vengeance. And the very people I am talking about can be the very people whose job is to, oh, I don't know actually protect people.

[Icy couldn't help but smirk slightly, she couldn't give a rats ass about any of the guardians, but she felt like things could be 'better' to say the least.]

It's why I am going to say this right now, watch your excuse for guardians not do a thing until it already happens and people get hurt or worse because they just fail in every aspect. But one day in the future I will be launching an attack on one city. I haven't decided which of the four to target just yet, but just wait and see what happens because well that is all everyone will be doing and that is amusing.

[She waves her hand slightly before switching off the feed.]

I agree. When things hit closer to home, people react. [Shrugs] Which is natural. Who would want someone invading their space?

But with this declaration, maybe someone would try to pluck you from your home and prevent anything from happening.

[She smirks, though.]

Unlikely, though. Arresting someone on a verbal threat without substantial, undeniable evidence would be sloppy.

[At most, she'll be monitored, if anyone takes her threats seriously. Grell wouldn't be surprised if no one did.]

And yet by not doing anything and waiting for it to happen because they don't believe a threat is still laughable.

[Plus she ain't got no home, she just breaks into homes and freeze people for there place. It works.]

Isn't that how people end up getting hurt? Don't you think for everyones safety to actually prevent stuff from happening before they do? But I doubt anyone is bright enough to think outside a box they shut themselves in and actually let people like me do as they like until it bothers them because a friend got hurt.

People like giving others the benefit of the doubt. I'm not surprised by such illogical thinking.

[Everyone is too willing to trust people out of the goodness of their heart. It should be out of the greediness of their heart, so the other person could owe them a favor later down the line.]

Not that I don't doubt the capabilities of any threat, but it won't be pushed up on my priorities list just yet.

[She'll definitely keep an eye out, though.]

It's a strange thing to do considering what this world has to offer.

[She already knew to at least leave Everglade alone for a reason that she thinks it would destroy itself anyway given what the world seems to be about.]

Makes sense I suppose just so long as anyone is even a little on guard and just just brushing it off completely.

The world is unforgiving most times, and then there's things like that which slip in from time to time.

[It would be ironic if Everglade survived whatever was thrown at other cities.]

I definitely would not brush it aside.

I wonder what that is? I've not know this world to be all that exciting since I arrived.

[To her it's all been interesting, yet mostly boring.]

There are spurts of excitement, but overall, it can be slow.

Even those things were either annoying or boring. I've yet to find anything to be considered exciting.

Aaaand you must be one of the crazy chicks I heard about.

But yes if you want to say that, I am. Though I am just someone who is open unlike most people here.

Not sure how exactly? It would be if I didn't go through with my plan, however. I will just be proven right when you don't do anything and people get hurt when I do, which I don't honestly care about, but I do like being right.

Exactly. And just how do we know you'll actually go through with your plan? Words are just words. I believe there's a saying..."Actions speak louder than words."

And to think...even if someone did arrest you for your words alone, you could easily claim innocence. You could claim that your threat was only a joke.

Because I always wanted to rule over something. Things could be so much better.

[Which is sadly true to an extent given she had already taken over Cloud Tower back home and had plans to take over all the schools and such.]

Innocence is for the weak and jokes are just pathetic. Only a coward would use that as an excuse.

[There's a slight hint in her tone indicating that Karla doesn't quite believe her.]

Well, I'll look forward to the day you are put in that position, and seeing what you'll do then.

[Because she's fairly certain that Icy will do as Karla predicts, acting cowardly and guilty. It happens to all of them, of course.]

I am always honest in my goals.

[She just simply shrugs it off.]

If I ever do, I'll simply state that I would do it again.

[And somehow she would still be able to escape most places.]

[Trahearne gave the camera a long, tired look. There was no avoiding these types anywhere was there? Surely someone would know if she had a real army like Scarlet did, right?]

There will be action, I promise you that.

I very much doubt it. Seriously, they will ignore it. I will attack, win, people will die, get hurt and all that. Then they'll finally do something. But you have a wait until then.

I do not have to wait for anyone to act, I will do it myself. You are not the first of your kind I've seen and you have much less behind you than them.

If that was meant to worry or impress me, you've failed. I do not consider this a game, like you might.

And yet I'm actually capable of doing it. You can come and find out that I'm telling you the truth if you'd like? Plus the only different between whatever his name is and myself is I will pretty much enjoy attacking everyone instead of a select few.

What kind of villain just sort of pops up on a public video feed on a totally unlocked, non-anonymous post and announces they're gonna totally go around and just murder an entire city for funsies anyway?
