[While it had been unexpected to arrive here, Kylo Ren has gotten his bearings easily enough. He observed the welcome, thoroughly read through all the information he could find, found the map and his temporary lodgings and that is now where he is. Upon examining his device, he finally decides to broadcast a message. It's clear he's annoyed, though. There's a frown on his face and his lips are pursed until he speaks.]

Even given such a hospitable welcome, this is not acceptable. I can't be held here. If anyone has any information on how to leave or an available ship, inform me at once.

Weren't you kidnapped against your will?

You mean, was I asked permission to be brought here? No, I was not. But every world has its share of opportunities, and it is up to each of us to seize them.

Opportunities, yes... However, I have important business to complete back in my own world.

It will be just as important when you return. What matters is if you consider this world to be a detour, or just another step down that path.

Many of us have been here for a long time. In the meantime, others from our respective worlds have come and left. We've reached the conclusion that that isn't how it works.

Is it? If I may ask, did you choose your path, or was it chosen for you?

That is a complicated question.

I had little choice, being who I am and what I can do.
