[Yuna is finally using this device in order to actually talk to people. But it's for a very good reason as a matter of fact.]

Hello everyone, my name is Yuna and well... Is there anyone who is training these creatures that seem to live in such tiny balls?

[There is a reason for such a question and one which she will mention soon.]

I was hoping that someone would be willing to trade for one I have. I currently have two rather cute little guys that look exactly the same. So I thought maybe why not give one of them a home with someone else. I guess it would be called a trade.

If you are interested, I'd be more than happy to arrange something. Just let me know, okay?

[Rikku hadn't been here for that long, but once she heard a familiar voice on the videocamera, she grabbed it.]

Yunie! Is that you?!

I'd take one.

[Wait a minute. That voice. It was one she can easily recognize. When she looked at the screen one more she brightened up. It really was her.]

Rikku! It's really you. [She was so happy to finally have someone here she knew. Well not so much as it means Paine's by herself right now, but still.]

[Moving on to the matter at hand anyway, the cute little pokemon she has and is willing to give away.]

Would you really? Do you want to see him first?

Yeah, I got here a few days ago. I had no idea you were here too. If you're here, Paine has to be here somewhere.

Oh, that might be good.

[She pauses for a moment, Yuna had been here a bit longer than that and she still hadn't seen Paine yet.]

I...I've been here a week and I have yet to see Paine anywhere. [She wished she was here but at the same time she didn't. It might be better to have at least one Gullwing helping people for munny.]

Ah, then I should come find you then. To show you.

.... So Paine isn't here...

[That's disappointing.]

I'm at.... {Well she doesn't know.] Oh...

[She'll just show her surroundings.]

[She checks it out before giving a firm nod.]

Okay, I know where you are. Just give me a few minutes to get there okay?

[She turns off the feed and as she said a few minutes passed as she reached her goal.]

Rikku! Over here!

[She waited patiently, hoping that it wouldn't take too long. Not before long, she heard Yuna's voice.]

Yunie!

[Yuna couldn't help but be happy to see someone else here, even if it meant they were two gullwings down back home.]

I'm glad to see you in person. It make this a little bit more real.

[And so she's just going to throw her hands around her.]

I'm glad I'm not here alone.

[She smiled as she held her back. She really was here and it wasn't her imagination.]

I'm glad to, it might not be as fun alone.

Of course not. I'm here with you now, Yunie, so you won't be alone anymore.

[She gives a small smile and a nod. To her even if her friends weren't here they always would be in spirit and that would be what makes her strong.]

Right! So what shall we do right now? Would you like to look around Genessia?

That would probably be a good idea.

So... um... Okay. I think I know some of this place so it makes that easier. It's the others that we might get lost in, so we best be careful.

[She says as she starts to head off, turning a corner. that was close by.

[Force of habit, Satsuki keeps responding in private feeds! But she feels some comfort in knowing Yuna's as confused as she is- But there is one thing that puzzles her.]

Trade them? .. I had not thought of that as an option; I believe I am starting to see the strategy behind this is deeper than I first thought.

I'm Satsuki Kiryuin, and I am also partaking in this unusual fad.

I figured I would see if anyone wanted him at least. Not necessarily to trade but if the option was open I'd be happy.

[It seems there was someone else around that's doing this, that's good.]

Ah, I see.. I confess it is still an option I have overlooked. I'm afraid at the moment I would not benefit from a trade. Perhaps at a later date?

[Beat.]

A number of these beasts are incredibly strong. I suspect it'd be beneficial for us to battle one another with the gap in strength generally being smaller. So if you wish to have a match sometime, feel free to contact me, Yuna.

[Satsuki doesn't look particularly happy; but that's pretty much her normal expression. She stares at the other woman a moment. Nice to meet her?]

I suppose the feeling is mutual.

[She put her arms behind her back. Training them through combat is something they do of course and well that sounded like a good idea. Maybe at a later date perhaps]

I think that would be a lovely idea. Maybe in a couple of days time perhaps?

Of course. Remain vigilant, Yuna.

[Nice girl, but those are certainly some unusual eyes. Satsuki decides she'll ask about them another time and ends the feed.]

[Faetan remembers someone mentioning a trade, so she looks back, and sure enough THERE IS! So here's Faetan, looking gruff and slightly...awkward. She's never had to negotiate for something she wants. She doesn't like it.]

You still offering a trade?

Ah, yes. Yes I am currently.

[She just trained him up a little.]

Good! I have something you might like in exchange.

[She takes out a Pokeball, and for a moment regards it with a look of weary resignation before she quickly grins again and opens it up. A Patrat leaps out, stiff and alert as it scouts the surrounding area.]

You want it? It's...cuuuuuuuuuuute.

[She says it as if the word 'cute' is a complicated and very foreign word.]

[Well...he did have that cute quality about him and she would like to think she was giving this other guy a good home too. It's a win/win at the end of the day.]

I'll be happy to trade you, but would yo like to see what I have first?

Sure, why not.

[Anything has to be better than stinking Patrat in her opinion.]

[Yuna went and grabbed the pokemon as she let the Amaura out.]

Here he is. I guess he is on the cute side, but I'm trained him up pretty well.

[There's a faint gurgling choking sound in the back of Faetan's throat. Dammit, why do Pokemon have to be cute?! It had better evolve into something cooler than a big blue-eyed smiling lard lizard.]

He looks great. So where do you want this trade to go down?

[Where. She guessed there were a few places.]

I don't mind really? But perhaps somewhere in Genessia would be the best idea.

Grocery store, then.

[A nice public place unsuitable for mugging. Faetan might do it under other circumstances, but she doesn't want to be disqualified by the powers that be for 'cheating'...if indeed cheating isn't allowed. It usually isn't.]

I'll bring your Patrat. Let me know when you're ready and I'll head out.

[She nods slightly.]

I'm ready right now if you'd like. [She makes her the little guy is back and safely back within it's pokeball.]

Good. I'll head over now.

[Don't keep her waiting, she's already in a semi-cross mood over getting a Patrat to begin with. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT.]

[As promised, Faetan is sitting casually on the curb near the entrance to the grocery store, arms loosely draped over her bent knees, a Pokeball loosely held in her fingertips. This Amaura thing looks cute, which she doesn't like, but it's bound to evolve into something a little more kickass. It had better.]

[It didn't take her long to get to her destination. Once she did she gives a small wave and grasping the pokeball that she had currently containing the pokemon that she was going to trade.]

It's good to see you. You ready?

Ready as I'll ever be.

[Faetan couldn't possibly be MORE ready. She stands to her full height of 5'10", and holds out the Pokeball containing Patrat.]

There's mine.

(OOC: Lvl. 8 Male Patrat - Quirky Nature
Moves - Tackle (Normal), Leer, Bite (Dark), Bide (Normal))

[She held her out after saying at least a good bye and good luck to it.]

And here's mine.

[She uses her free hand to take the Patrat ball, with a firm grip.]

[OOC: Lvl. 20 Male Amaura - Careful Nature
Moves - Powder Snow (Ice), Take Down (Normal), Aurora Beam (Ice)]

[Faetan exchanges the Pokeball with no suspicion or resistance. She'd agreed to make a bargain, so she'll stick to it. The Pokemon seems strong; stronger than the Patrat she gave Yuna. But rather than thinking this is an unfair trade, she just grins. This is a great trade, which makes Yuna one of the very few people in the city to succeed at making Faetan happy.]

Done, then. Maybe we can have a match sometime.

[Once she's had a chance to do a little training to see how good this Amaura truly is.]

[She nodded slightly, giving a small wave. She didn't see it as a bad trade herself. It gave her time to actually try and train the little guy up herself and that didn't bother her one bit.]

Oh, that would be wonderful. I'll look forward to something like that.

[With that she makes sure her new friend is safe before she turns around and heads off.]
