Man, I feel like I haven’t shown my fave on this thing in so long. [And that’s a crime, right? No reason to deny these people his wonderful, handsome face.]

Can’t say I’ve had too much downtime lately, though. I know I’ve mentioned my business Axiom Games on here before, but I Got another place too. It’s called Fortuna’s Palace. So if any of you like to throw caution to the wind and test your luck on games of chance, hit up Fortuna’s Palace in Nova City.

Also if you are looking for a job or something, we have various openings for Cooks, Bartenders, Game Dealers, ect. I like to step behind the bar myself and flex my own bartending skills when I get the chance.

So let’s end this with a question. What’s your favorite drink of choice? If you are a wee laddie or lass that is unable to drink, feel free to chime in with a non-alcoholic beverage. Unless you have drank underage, in which case shame on you, except not really. Maybe.

[Johnny is paying a trip to the mall in Nova City. He’s had some shopping that he’s been meaning to get out of the way for the longest time, and he could pretty much do it all here as long as he didn’t allow himself to get distracted by any attractive women that might be roaming the place. He takes a sip from the coffee cup he’s holding, and when he realizes just how cold its gotten, he takes the top off and points a single finger at it and shoots a little stream of fire.]

Man, I swear they don’t make these things as hot as they used to. [When the liquid is sufficiently boiling, he puts the lid back on and takes a sip.]

Now, clothes shopping or furniture shopping.. [He did love to change things up with his look and his furnishings every so often.]

Heh, not quite. Goodness knows I've tried, especially since turning of age, but the stuff tastes like medicine. The appeal is a mystery. Plus my work probably demands the utmost sobriety and delicacy anyway. [Goodness knows he's clumsy enough sober.]

Other than that things have just been...like a calm before the storm. All that happens seems to be a prelude to cataclysmic horizons far off, yet feel near.

Or, hopefully, just my imagination.

You just haven't had the right alcohol. You get a good bartender, they can mix you up something nice. You probably wouldn't even taste the alcohol in it.

I think that happens more often than not. Some big crisis after a long period of calm.

It's fermented mare's milk. It's big in Kazakhstan. It's pretty weak, but can be made stronger with freeze distillation.

She listens to Johnny's promotion of Fortuna Palace, and couldn't help but be amused since she's slowly starting to become a regular there. But his question is what prompted her to respond ]

A tough question. I have particular favorites in different categories of drink, so my answer would depend on many things. Mainly the mood or what food and company I am pairing the drink with.

Though I've always been fond of wines ever since I first had a taste. I could never last a week without having a glass of Riesling or Shiraz for dinner.

I would say a good glass of Irish whisky would be my favorite. But I'll never turn away some Bourbon or Scotch.

Jaune put a bounty on me the other week and tried to kill me during that weird split thing and I not only defended myself, but I didn't kill him and called the paramedics.

[ Granted it was because she didn't want the entire Nova City Guardian's office after her because they're pissed about Jaune getting killed more than actually making a moral decision but he doesn't have to know that. ]

I've been through a lot and didn't make your company associated with murder, give me more money. [ She doesn't want a better position that would require working more. ]
