[Yuuko's feeling too lazy to text, so she just calls Chaos back when she gets his message.]
If you knew me better, you'd know I rarely make that kind of offer. But when I do, it stays on the table, well, forever~
[She's actually pleased Chaos decided to contact her. It means her intuition was right. It's no coincidence she saw his post before. She's supposed to help him.]
How have you been lately, Child?
[Still calling him that even though he's far from being as Young as he looks.]
[He's honestly a bit relieved she decided to call instead of texting. This is the kind of thing that requires words being spoken, not an exchange of impersonal data. He smiles at her continued use of Child; he's still not going to disabuse her of that notion. For some reason, Yuuko puts him at ease.]
Very well, and well enough. The temporary measures are working, but they show signs of failing in the near future. More permanent ones are needed - and of all the people here, you are the only one I've encountered thus far who seems to have an idea what that really means.
[Yuuko either puts people at ease or makes them very uncomfortable. Nothing in between. So it's a good thing Chaos seems to fall into the first category.]
I see. Well then, I would say it is time for us to meet in person. Wouldn't you say so~?
What about you come at visit me in Fayren, at the Wish Shop?
[She's not going to explain this to Chaos - because it would kind of defeat the purpose - but the Mysterious Wish Shop remains invisible to the eye of those who are not supposed to find it. The people who are meant to find it, though, will have no problem seeing it. So if she's meant to help Chaos, like she believes she is, he should find his way to her easily.]
There is actually someone I'd like you to meet, too.
[Private voice|Action] No worries. Likewise sorry, my health took a nosedive.
I would indeed. I'll meet you there shortly. Who is it you want me to meet, though? [He's not on-guard, just curious.]
[Even if it were invisible, he could locate it - getting in, on the other hand, would be a different matter entirely. It would, at the least, require an exercise of his power that would be very, very rude - and chaos is not rude. Fortunately, he won't have any trouble finding either the shop or a way in - and he even stops to buy a platter of dumplings on the way.]
[Private voice|Action] Oh no *hugs* I hope you're feeling better now.
[She smiles at his genuine curiosity.] Some four-eyed creature from my world that I spent an eternity taming. His name is Clow Reed.
[Her expression grows softer and even if he can't 'see' her, Chaos might be able to hear it in her voice.] We've made some wonderful magic together in the past. And he has more knowledge of parts of the western culture than I do. Don't worry, he's reliable and knows to keep thing to himself.
[Private voice|Action] I am, a bit. Still some pain but it's being treated.
I'd quite like to meet him, then. [He's clearly amused at the way she's referring to someone who, he assumes, at least wears a human shape. 'Four-eyed' hinted at glasses... unless it really WAS some creature with four eyes. Even he couldn't be sure, yet. And he can definitely hear that smile.]
[He enters the courtyard of Yuuko's shop, carrying his platter and... a parcel containing what appear to be golden crystals. Twelve of them, to be exact, each inscribed with a name in an extremely ancient script. Asher, Dan, Dinah, Gad, Issachar, Joseph, Judah, Levi, Naphtali, Reuben, Simeon, and Zebulun. Anima had worn those names before - they were familiar.]
[Yuuko is sitting in a rocking chair, on the front porch, smoking a cigarette using an elegant and antique looking cigarette holder. She's wearing a rather traditional bright red kimono, with white flowers and a big yellow bow. Though the way she's wearing it - showing off her long thin white legs visible from mid-thighs down and the top of her cleavage - is rather untraditional.
She smiles and waves at Chaos as he enters the courtyard.]
Come in, come in, my Child! I was starting to think you might be late for tea. But you're actually right on time. [She brings the cigarette holder to her lips and watches him approach.] Glad to see you didn't have any trouble finding the shop.
[When he's close enough for her to be able to see more clearly the content of the parcel, she eyes the crystals curiously.] Twelve golden crystals. You certainly know the way to a woman's heart. Though none of them seems to have my name on it. Or yours.
[He smiles and bows, managing to do so quite nicely in spite of his burdens.] I try never to be late for tea. [He makes his way up to the porch and takes a seat across from Yuuko, setting the dumplings and the crystals both on the table.]
I made these to act as vessels. The names on them are those my power wore the last time it was divided - I hope it will simplify the process a bit. [He looks around, not seeing anyone else present.] Is your friend coming, or was he unable to make time for the occasion?
[He chuckles as well, settling into a more comfortable position in his chair.] I see. I hope for all our sakes that he's better at it than I am.
[He extracts a crystal from the pile, holding it up to inspect it with a critical eye.] It was necessary, last time, to use this many. Even if they're not going to be as individually powerful this time, it would still be a good idea to leave them room to grow. When fully awakened, each of them may be as large as a building.
{ He's had years, and years of practice, chaos. And that would be evident in the smell as soon as he enters the room with a tray holding a still-steaming china teapot and three small cups with floral designs. Yuuko might prefer to pay someone to cook for them, but when it comes to tea, that was something Clow had been doing forever, and insisted on still doing no matter who they hired to help out around the Mysterious Wish Shop. }
Is this our guest, Yuuko?
{ Clow takes a moment to look Yuuko over; he's been living with her for so long now that it feels completely natural, despite the centuries they'd spent apart. Whatever this world was, he didn't want to leave; whether this was fate or not - and he couldn't see any way it couldn't be fate - being here was a gift he was sincerely grateful to have received. He set out the three cups - one in front of Yuuko, another in front of chaos, and the last in front of an empty chair next to her. He poured the first cup for Yuuko, and then for chaos, before finally filling his own. Shincha green tea, the seasonal green tea in Japan in the early spring seasons.
Clow turns to chaos, and offers a smile. }
I overheard a bit, but I'm afraid I missed a few details. Don't mind me, though; I can catch up.

[She listens to his explanation and raises a quizzical eyebrow.] That's quite a lot of vessels.
[She chuckles at his question.] He's already here. Who do you think is preparing the tea? [She winks.]
