Omg Pokemanz! [Video]

[Brock was familiar with some, but as the days went buy, it came to his intention he didn't recognize a lot of these pokemon. Could some of them even be called that? Well this was why he about to get his research in place.]

Greetings, Genessia. My name is Brock, and I have met with some of you previously. I didn't think it was important at the time, but since pokemon have suddenly started to appear around here I thought I would offer help where it's needed.

Back in my world, I'm a pokemon gym leader of Pewter City. I've only traveled through the Indigo and Johto regions with some friends back when I was in my world, but I'll help where I can. I specialize in breeding, and left my gym to expand my understanding of pokemon. I would also like to learn about the pokemon I don't know of, if it's not too much trouble.

I would like to ask you a few questions.. Though I admit I do not understand how you would 'learn' from them. Do you possess some sort of study equpiment?

You learn from the way in the same way you learn from others. [Pokemon were practically people!]

[Satsuki stares at Brock as if he had uttered the dumbest thing possible. Sadly for her it's uncomfortable effect isn't quite as strong over video.]

Pokemon are living creatures, like us. They have feelings, thoughts, and opinions similar to us.

When raising a Pokemon, you have to keep in mind that they're companions. Friends. You form unique bonds that help you and the pokemon grow. It's the kind of thing you can't learn from a book.

... Hmn.

[She suspected as much, due to the 'odd' behavior of one of her pokemon. But she needed confirmation all the same. Still, the pokemon species as a whole is quite the mystery.]

I see.. Brock; what would you say is the strongest pokemon that you've seen?

Strongest in what way? Each Pokemon specializes in their ability. Some are more capable of combat while others exceed in defensive abilities.

Hmn.. I've surmised as such but what I meant is one that most, if not all, pokemon fear.

Or do such types typically not exist?

[He pondered for a few moments.]

Gyarados are typically feared among trainers because of their vicious temper. They're quite powerful.

Houndoom out of technicality because it's howls specifically instill fear in its foes.

Typically some of the legendary pokemon are feared because we don't understand them.

They sound like worthy foes indeed.

[Both of those names are kepts in mind, but there is one word in particular that catches her interest.]

'Legendary'? Such as? [Beat.] Well, I suppose names would not do me much good in that circumstance. Do legendary pokemon possess any particular appearance?

Correct. They're one of a kind, and difficult to find. To even encounter one is a once in a life time experience.

[Satsuki is intruiged. She'd like to try to capture one, and chances are Pawniard would love the chance to take one down with her own hands. Er.. Blades.]

I see. I appreciate your advice, though I have one last question- Being a gym leader it sounds as though you have fought many pokemon.

I possess a pokemon that is 'dark' in type; and I am uncertain what most compatible type partner would be for her- in terms of combat ability I mean. Could you make a recommendation?

[The shot is briefly brought down to the serious-looking pokemon that is gnawing on a large berry.]

I'm afraid my specialty lies in rock type pokemon. There aren't any gyms in Indigo or Johto who specialize in dark types so my knowledge of them is very limited.

[Especially if they were pokemon from different regions...or different worlds. He wouldn't know anything about them.]

That's one I haven't heard of.
