[Well, this is... unexpected.

The last thing Blake expected to see upon waking up was the oddly familiar sight of one of the Bay pods swinging open over her head. Slowly, groggily, she sits up, blinking at the familiar objects in the pod with her.

What is she doing back here? She shakes her head as she climbs out. Her head is fuzzy and her ears are ringing... just like the first time.]

[As her feet splash down she reaches for the communicator, still trying to shake off the last of the cobwebs.]

Did... something happen? I just woke up in the Bay again.

That's...strange. Are you all right?

[She shakes her head a bit at at least seeing a familiar face on the communicator.]

Yes. I'm fine.

[She takes another look around then reaches back over her shoulder, led both by habit and training to doublecheck Gambol Shroud. Fully-loaded and working.]

... Just a little confused.

[That's... a good question, actually. She takes a moment to think back... and comes up with a fairly unimpressive answer.]

... Going to bed, just like normal. Then I woke up here instead.

.. maybe... you got sent back to your world? In the place I was in for a while bafore, sometimes people would get sent home and come back at random.

I've... heard of that happening.

[She frowns.]

But I would think I'd remember something like that happening.

Lucy, when was the last time we spoke?

[ Lucy looked thoughtful for a moment, frowning. ]

THe last time we spoke? ... about a month or two ago, actually... That's why I thought you must have gone back.

[Her frown deepens even further.]

I'm not sure. I don't remember going back home....

That's... really strange. I thought for sure that's what had happened - [ It made the most sense ..didn't it? But if Blake didn't remember.. ]

There you are! You've gotta quit scaring us like that, geez!

[She might lecture, but look how big and sunny that smile is.]

You missed out on the cherry blossom viewing party! A certain someone was really hoping you were going to go~

That spirit priestess girl invited everyone over to have a sort of picnic party out at the new shrine. How long have you been out? Do you need me to come walk you back?

[Okay... now she's getting a little bit worried. She takes a breath.]

I'm not sure. After that monster attacked, I kinda went on a training hiatus.

[And not just because of the monster. They both know the real reason her ego took a severe bruising.]

[They do, but she'll refrain from mentioning it. Both because Yang probably doesn't need the reminder and it's hardly the issue at hand right now.]

The big one that rampaged through the city with all the guns?

[So Blake was around for that, and probably MIA for as long as Yang was gone. Don't you think you're taking this teammate thing a little too far?]

Well, we're both back now, and I don't think we missed out on that much. Gonna go see Sun?

Welcome back, Blake. It would seem that for some reason you were sent back to Vale and then brought back here.

That's what I've been told but... I don't remember going back home.

Perhaps that is for the best. As far as I can tell, we are all taken from a similar point in time from our own world. Having someone returning here with added memories could serve to confuse both yourself and others. At least this way we're all on the same page.

Everything except, apparently, the last two months.

[She frowns.]

[ Weiss shakes her head. ]

My memory here goes back about a month and a half, but before that the last thing I remember was making up with you and going back to the dorms. You're really missing two months?

[ At least she doesn't feel quite as bad about being the only one not to remember anything.. not that Blake missing memories is something to be happy about. ]
