Pokeing on the Double [Video]
Alright so....looks like the egg things were more pokemon? And I got a 2 for 1 deal out of that.
[The camera pans away from the blonde to point down at a bipedal red lizard with its tail on fire and a dark blue dolphin with a bright red nose, both of which seem to be quite content to be eating from their own bowls of pokemon food.]
Man this is getting weird. I thought I already had enough pokemon as is. But I'm not going to turn away these two cuties~.
...On that note, anyone know if they have a way to properly waterproof furniture? Seems the dolphin one likes things wet.

Getting two of those things out of one egg seems especially weird to me.
[Not that a sheep hatching out of an egg still makes any sense to him.]
The lizard thing's kinda cute.
Re: video;
[She holds up the lizard to her lap, though making sure to keep the burning tail away from her hair.]
Yeah, they're adorable. If it turns out to be the same pokemon Weiss first had, I'm going to enjoy having its evolved form as a large dragon~.
[Plus she could fly on it! Though she could probably do that with her other pokemon too.]
video;
[As he says that, a Ralts pokes its head up and peers over his shoulder at the feed.]
... wait, these things evolve? And that one turns into a dragon?
Re: video;
And yeah. They can evolve. I've got a Charmander now which if I'm right becomes a CHarizard. Weiss has a Charizard is how I'm guessing it can do that.
Otherwise, I have a couple pokemon that either evolved through levels or by finding a stone to evolve them.
[A beat.]
I have no idea how to tell what needs what.
video;
[Would there be such things as waterproof furniture.]
Re: video;
I was more hoping for an answer to 'is there a way to waterproof furniture' bit.
video;
[She said something at least.]
Re: video;
[Let it out outside where it won't ruin things]
video;
[She thinks that would work, right?]
Re: video;
[Bathtubs are easy enough to mop up of water.]
Was thinking of letting it play in the pool too.
video;
[She just lived in an apartment, so she had nothing like that.]
Re: video;
[Who knows what that does to things that aren't humans after all.]

[ LISTEN YANG SHE HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS HOW YOU WERE FEEDING YOUR POKEMON!! MYSTERY POKEMON FOOD... ]
You're aware that Mewtwo provides us with berries and beyond that, they can eat the same food we can?
Re: video;
[She doesn't know. She just knows there's something touted as pokemon food so if it's what she's suppose to feed them then she is.]
Didn't know they could eat the same as us. Or should I try to look up what they're closest to so I don't give say...the charmander only vegetables when it looks like it's more carnivorous?
video;
Mystery food is not food. Just like I wouldn't serve Sleet or Frost anything that has the first ingredient as water, plus a bunch of byproducts and mystery animal livers. It's a bunch of filler and it's not good for them. Feed them just like you would a family member, only healthier than you would yours because Pokemon really don't need to survive off of cookies and milk.
[ She shakes her head. ] Honestly? Just make food and see if they want to eat it or ask Mewtwo. Most Pokemon can eat other things than what regular animals can, like Joan loves chocolate-- and I OK'd it with Mewtwo since I was worried because dogs definitely can't have chocolate.
Re: video;
[Indeed they're just scarfing it down as enjoyably as possible, if messily in the case of Popplio.]
I wasn't sure if berries were best to be the only things to feed them. Diets can vary right? Can't be just all fruit all the time. Good point on the food bit, guess I could try things out.
[She regards her pokemon for a bit before she shrugs her shoulder.]
What do you feed Char anyway? I figure the Charmander might be kind of like it.
Re: video;
[ She shakes her head. ] Apparently berries are a huge part of their natural diet. Also: most animals have dietary restrictions of some kind. Just because something's an herbivore doesn't mean it's not eating well. Have you ever met Mewtwo?
Char is.. a special case. Zuko converted him to Sichuan and tea in terms of favorites.
Re: video;
[Seriously, that could would eat cookies for breakfast lunch, and dinner if she could.]
Hm...Yeah I've got berries from Mewtwo, That would definitely work, and I guess I could figure what the closest analogues to regular animals they are and feed them those diets.
Spicy food for the fire type pokemon huh? I could see that.
video;
[ high-speed gumming attack from losing her teeth to cavities... it'd certainly frighten any non-grimm enemies. ]
Basically, and if you're uncertain it never hurts to ask. There are some Pokemon I've heard of that eat strange things, like one called a Sableye eats gemstones. If it's an abnormality, though, the PokeFit tends to have that information so I'd recommend checking the entries.
