[Fluttershy is currently standing in front of cowering dogs.]

See, now that wasn't so bad was it. [She was talking to the dogs with a smile. Whatever she did it got them somewhat scared, but she was still being friendly.]

Okay, now that I have been paid I will go and fetch you all something delicious to eat, but first I need to ask these nice people. [She fidgets for a moment before looking at the device.]

Excuse me, I hope I'm not interpreting anything important, but is there any place I could go that would give some nice food for dogs? They are awfully hungry and could use it.

[She looks at the device, she was use to people not being use to ponies already. She has the same thing with these hewmans.]

[ Talking ponies were actually not a surprise to her at this point. After all her world had talking cats. ... still she had to pause at the sight. A pony feeding dogs.. okay then! ]

Hrm. You could try the supermarket in Genessia city - they usually sell canned or dry dog food. And if there are a lot of them, it might be cheaper to buy a large bag.

A large bag is what I as hoping. I mean they don't have any homes after all.

[She is basically going to take them home with her and make sure they are loved, fed and have a nice place to live.]

[ Awwww, better hope you can take care of them all! ]

Oh, yes. The animals would always come to me for help should they need it.

I'm glad that the animals have someone to look out for then. Are there others like you where you're from, or are you the only one?

Others like me? Oh, you mean other ponies. Yes. There are lots of us.

Really? Do they look after the animals like you do too?

You are not interrupting, miss. All pet stores and most grocers would have food for dogs. However, as I do not know your location I'm unable to tell you if there are any near you.

Um...I'm outside a place called Attleton Meat Market currently.

[Perhaps sensing the shyness behind the hesitation, Jubei softens his own tone a bit.]

I'm sorry, I haven't had a chance to explore Attleton as of yet. But as the ancestors of dogs are mostly carnivores it is a good place to start. If you continue to look for dry dog food it would be better to avoid anything listing 'by-product' in the ingredients.

By product? [She tilts her head slightly, what could he mean by something like that.]

Oh, does that mean your hungry too?

[Is she suppose to feed him as well she wondered.]

Do you think you could-a find some-a food for sea lions as well?

Oh dear, a hungry sea lion will not do at all. Ill make sure I'll find plenty of fish.

[She looks around for a moment.]

Do you mean right now or where I'll be after I buy the fish?

[His face warps a bit as he tries to decide. Maybe he'd better wait until after she buys the fish. Or then again, maybe he could buy fish with her?]

Ehh...maybe we'd-a better buy the fish-a together, no?

Oh, okay. I should get back home first so that these dogs have a place to stay, then we're off to the supermarket.

{She looks just happy when she says that, she;s never been to one before.]

[And the weakness for cute things kicks in. Who cares if it's a talking pony, right?]

[She is generally not sure how to respond to such a statement.]

If you're okay with it, I'm sure my boyfriend wouldn't mind if we shared some of our leftovers from last night's dinner with your dog friends.
