And the colors of this realm begin to show...
WHO: Shizuru (
kicks_ass), Koenma (
miniczar) & You!
WHAT: Koenma, and now Shizuru live through Makai, otherwise known as the demon realm, and its apparent danger.
WHEN: May 10th
WHERE: Koenma's dreamscape.
WARNINGS: PG-13/R (mildly) for good old fashion shounen violence.
This realm was quite different than most. While it did hold some political structure, it was hard to tell given the surroundings. It looked barren, and there wasn't a demon for miles. Not in sight anyway. This part of Makai actually hosted a great number of demons, but given Koenma's memory of the area, it was skewed from its actual representation. There was a beautiful grass plain, and some unusual plants. Anyone breaching this dream would think it to be a normal world.
[Closed to Shizuru]
Shizuru wakes up to the unfamiliar scene, except, she wasn't really awake. The plains of the Makai surrounded her and she was already getting the strangest vibes from it, like it was the most unfamiliar place ever, mixed with the feeling of carnage and death. The skies were red, and the vegetation looked alive. She was sitting in the middle of the Makai forest, trying to figure out where the hell she was. She didn't seem worried though.
"So where the hell am I now? First some crazy outlandish dimension and now this."
She had every reason to be worried. Shizuru would have to be numb if she couldn't feel the overwhelming surge of demonic energy that flowed through this realm. Koenma himself was worried because the last time he came here, it was to put an end to Sensui. He had the comfort of traveling with Yusuke and the others. The young prince knew very well that it was a dream and yet, despite being lucid, he had no control over the setting. It was bothersome.
"We're in Makai, but not the Makai. We're dreaming, or rather, I'm dreaming and you some how got lumped in with me. I'm not sure what's going on or what triggered this." By his stiff tone, she might be able to tell he was stressed and doing his best to take charge of the situation. Really, he was more than helpless with how to fix this.
[Open Prompt - Post their discussion]
Those visiting this dream will likely encounter demons. Some weak and fickle, easy to kill. Others, impossibly strong. Not all were bad, but if you gave off the scent of being human, or something other than what a demon was, you might find yourself attracting more attention than you bargained for.

Ignore her sarcasm. She's not in the mood for this shit right now. She's still adjusting and this was not helping her mood. That and she hasn't found her brother anywhere, or his silly friends. It also means the two of them are stuck in this by themselves. She just give the Rekai Prince a look before she starts to walk.
The demons would get punched in the face if they approached her. Especially, if they were weaker.

"We already have giant red arrows pointing right at us!" Get back here!

She bluntly replied and kept walking as Koenma was telling her to come back, "So what? If you're so scared, roll around here."
She's not going to sit around and wait to be attacked thank you very much!

Gah! He didn't want to be left alone here, even if it was just a dream-version of Makai. It was still terrifying. The young prince tailed after her.
"We don't even know if this dreamscape will affect our real bodies."
The last thing he wants is for them to die in his dream.

She repeated with more specifics, "Then wake up if it's that easy for you."
She needed something to do while they are waiting to wake up right? Maybe some shock would wake them up. That's better than loafing around and letting demons get a hold of them.
"Yeah, well, we'll figure it out once it happens, won't we?"
She replied as she walked faster.

Koenma followed in tow with Shizuru, but stopped suddenly. She might have felt it too. A demon. Perhaps a D-Class at best.
"Something's here."

She kept walking as he said that. At least, he got off of his butt and followed her. She's not going to complain about that at least. She stopped as well, once she started feeling something ominous prickling at her sense. She looked around.
"You don't have to tell me twice."
She gets in a sort of defensive stance, "You better show yourself. I don't have all day playing hide and seek."
